Location is good, near to many tourist areas and convenient to get anywhere via public transportation.
Centralised aircon, have to call reception to adjust temperature.
Not bad for a short stay

The location is fantastic. It’s in Bugis so it means you can go anywhere in Singapore from here. It’s walking distance to three different MRT lines and has a bus stop right in front. There’s a 7-11 next to it too.

很不错的地方环境不错方便靠近地铁靠近市区距离
地方也是很超级棒棒超级方便去旅行打卡景点很多吃的也是非常多

Room is spacious.
Hotel is walking distance to Bugis MRT.
Lots of restaurants.
Walking distance to Singapore National Library and Suntech shopping mall.
Basin is full of fungus at the edge. Very dirty.

nice place but the Aircon is not cold enough. I even asked the staff to adjust the temperature but it was still not cold as I slept in sweat. There still needs more improvement for the hotel.
1) even if u stay 2 days no housekeeping to clean the room.
2) The aircon needs to be fixed.
3) The shower needs to have a rack display for shampoo/shower.which I had to put my toiletries on the floor.
4) Tv is a smart tv but some of the channels can't get signal. Just the local channels.

房间没有照片拍的那么干净，房间很不隔音，我们房间还没有吹风机，电视也是坏的，花屏幕，房间打扫是隔天才有，没有打扫的时候就没有瓶装饮用水，你要下到楼下自己要，地理位置还是比较方便，走路十几分锺也能到鱼尾狮，地铁站5分钟，武吉士有很多吃的。其实旁边还有宜必思其他酒店，大可以不必选这个

这次是回程入住这家旅馆，地点方便四通八达，但是看见员工似乎有点比较随意，上半身西装下半身四角短裤。身为旅馆从业人员之一，感觉十分不可思议！

酒店服务人员态度友善，有会讲华语的服务人员。房间有提供牙刷、沐浴露、洗发水、风筒、熨斗等，但没有提供刮胡刀、棉花棒等，雪柜亦不够冷。地点十分优越，乘搭巴士十分方便，乘搭地铁则需要步行十分钟左右。
