The ambience is excellent. This place gives you the feeling of old Portuguese stay.Surrounded by a lovely garden.. You enjoy sitting and reading amidst nature. Perfect place for relaxation. The staffs are very polite and cooperative. This place is about 10mins from the beach and market making your stay even more convenient

My stay at this resort in Kochi, was nothing short of magical! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The resort is beautifully designed, blending nature and luxury seamlessly, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. A special shoutout to Rakesh Krishnan, the manager, whose dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable. His hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail ensured that our stay was comfortable and memorable. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the surrounding greenery. The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and authentically Kerala! Every meal felt like a culinary journey. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a luxurious experience, this resort is the perfect choice. Nous reviendrons à Alfred Place: près du centre historique mais cependant au calme, l’h?tel est magnifique et le jardin paradisiaque. L’ambiance y est décontractée et familiale comme il y a peu de chambres. Sonia et toute l’équipe se sont montrés adorables.

Prestations à améliorer pour un meilleur rapport qualité prix Les + . Joli extérieur en arrivant ainsi que pour le jardin avec piscine . Accueil agréable mais parfois difficile de se comprendre . Grande chambre beaucoup plus agréable que les petites . Emplacement plut?t calme dans le centre de Fort Kochi Les - . Petit déjeuner peu varié . Petite SDB avec WC dans la douche à refaire complètement Note 4/5 car il y a des choses à revoir pour un rapport qualité / prix

Lieu magique à taille humaine. Jardin très agréable, végétation luxuriante et piscine charmante. Fort Kochi a du caractère. Accents d’ancienne colonie, couleurs et saveurs indiennes, magnétisme marin. Un vrai plaisir pour plonger avec douceur dans la grace de l’Inde

Hotel pas entretenu, chambres non nettoyées, piscine verdatre....personnels non efficace. Pour le petit déjeuner, commandé a 8h servi à 8h45....et il a fallu relancer. Pour juste des oeufs, pain, beurre , cafe, thé, salade de fruits. Un peu plus d'efficacité et d'implication serait souhaitable...même ici. Dommage car l'endroit est agréable.

Situé dans un environnement sympa, l'h?tel para?t de premier abord bien. Joli jardin, piscine, chambre spacieuse... Ca se gate par contre quand on s'installe. Dans la salle de bain une serviette des clients précédents non retirée, la douche ne fonctionne plus que par quelques petits trous, impossible de se rincer... Devant passer 3 jours, sur place, nous demandons à ce que se soit réparé. Après plusieurs demandes dans la journée, nous sommes obligés de nous faché le soir pour que quelchose soit fait... La piscine qui paraissait sympa de loin est en train de verdir.. Lendemain, petits déjeuners qui ne sont pas en self service, sont commandés à 8h, sachant que notre chauffeur nous attend pour un départ à 9h. à 8h55, toujours rien de servi, même pas un café et malgré plusieurs relances.. On a vu aucun responsable dans l'h?tel. Bref une impression de déshérence. Une reprise en main s'impose...

Super emplacement dans Fort kochi, superbe h?tel, chambres au top, un accueil de qualité, l’équipe est gentil et professionnelle, la nourriture très bonne MERCI au chef cuisinier et la piscine … merveilleuse. Nous y avons passé une très agréable moment.

un très bel établissement, les chambres sont agréables, la piscine est entretenue ainsi que le beau jardin, un séjour agreable au centre de fort Kochi le staff est très gentil merci pour votre acceuil
