Une expérience formidable ! Nous avons passé une super semaine aux A?ores et avons adoré notre séjour dans cet h?tel. Le personnel, adorable, est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont impeccables, spacieuses et d'une propreté remarquable. Le petit déjeuner parfait avec des produits locaux. L'h?tel n'est pas très grand ce qui fait que l'espace piscine, jacuzzi, sauna n'est jamais bondé. Bref, tout était parfait ! Merci pour tout ! Seul petit point d'amélioration : le garde corps vitré de la terrasse était très sale, c'est le seul petit point que j'ai trouvé dommage.
Apartamento muy completo y limpio cada día. Céntrico. Buen desayuno y magnífica atención !! Nos costó elegir sitio pero fue magnífica la elección. Ademas tiene zona de spa, con jacuzzi, piscina, sauna para relajarte después del día de excursión. ??
They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore A?ores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in A?ores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels!
