Rooms were clean, great water pressure and fully modern bathrooms. It’s okay for a night or two but no comfortable chairs or sofas in the room so good for sleeping only. Would be nice to have a coffee machine vs instant coffee for the morning. Fridge was a great but loud at night. Location is far from the bus but manageable. You will be charged 4 euros per night per person so be prepared regardless if your booking said it was included or less. Staff was kind!

Потрясающие новые номера в палаццо 16 века.
Была в январе, было очень тепло, что важно ! номера очень чисты, есть всё необходимое, вкусно пахнет ! Удобно пешком добираться от вокала (1 мост,с чемоданом удобно) , можно и на вапоретто . Красивая общая зона, винтаж повсюду, с удовольствие остановлюсь тут еще раз . Расположен рядом с оживленной улицей , много магазинов, баров и ресторанов рядом.
На трип забронировала Апартаменты Делюкс, что соотвесует номеру 414 Canaletto
это не типичный отель, а больше апартаменты, то есть нет рецепции и персонала внутри - заселение происходит по инструкции, которые высылают накануне прибытия
Минусы : отель связывается с вами буквально накануне вашего прибытия, это немного заставляет поволноваться, хотелось бы чтобы связь с отелем поддерживалась заранее .
Практически до всех номеров необходимо преодолевать лестницу, учтите, если будите с чемоданами !
итог : мне безумно понравился этот отель! красивые чистоты номера, удобная локация ! рекомендую , но учтите нъюансы

The room was very clean and big. Next time we would like a room not above the cafe. The cafe is nosy until late and you hear voices and music when you have a room at the front above the cafe.

A wonderful stay! Staff was responsive and very flexible, greatly appreciated. The space was clean and beautiful, what more could you want in an authentic Venetian stay.

Very clean room and quiet location. Not too far from the train station but far enough for comfort. Had some gifts for us for our stay, it was pleasant!

Great location. The room was super clean spacious and really nice. Our check in was great, they contacted us previously to our arrival to coordinate. I would totally recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Loved it.

This hotel was fantastic. Room was beautiful and very Romanesque. Very big with great amenities and welcome beverages. Staff even though handled remotely was outstanding. Just an absolutely beautiful venue. Walk out the door and you are right in the heart of Venice. Convenient to all major attractions.

Yes room spotless staff was nice really no amenities just the room they let you in by keypad there isn’t someone onsite so you have to contact them through WhatsApp but I was fine with that! They give you snacks and drinks and a bottle of champagne complimentary which was great after a long train ride! There is a great restaurant right across the street and plenty of restaurants in that location! My only complaint was the mattress was too firm for me, I don’t like to sleep on cardboard but if you like that you will love this… my saving grace was the pillows there are plenty of them and they have a nice mix of firm/softness! Would I stay there again … yes ??!

The hotel is in a great location on a side street and very quiet. The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was a nice size. There is no fridge or safe in the room. And no shelves or hooks in the bathroom for storage. The staff were wonderful and very responsive to email. They also have a spot to lock luggage if you arrive early, or have some time before leaving Venice. You can avoid carrying your luggage up and down bridges by taking the vaparetto from the train station to S Marcuolo stop, no bridges!

This just might be the perfect blend between Venice elegance and convenience. The Antico Portego is just down from the canals giving you a rare opportunity to enjoy Venice and not have to climb stairs with your luggage.
While getting there is easy, the area around our hotel was great too. Fun shopping, spots to enjoy a glass of wine, and food options are all right outside the door.
Lastly, our room was elegant. There was far more space than the typical room and it was updated and quiet.
What else could you ask for?
