The hotel is within 10-minute walk from the train station, and surrounded by different stores and restaurants. The water bus station is only a few steps away so everything is convenient. The staff here can speak proficient English. The only downside will be the check-in/ check-out process. It is a bit unclear to me so that I need to have a phone call in order to check-in/ store my luggage. But we figured this out without taking too much extra time. So I’d say the staff are helpful. Also the room looks nice and clean, with proper AC as well. We are treated with some free soda so generally speaking, a very pleasant stay.

想换房，没有人帮助，只能选择提前check out，再下一个订单， 也和酒店沟通过了，结果酒店后台拒绝了提前check out ，但因为一个证件只能办一间房，第二间无法网络check in ，酒店并未积极整理顾客的问题，反而以订单不可取消为理由，收取两笔订单的费用。并且因为无法check
in 酒店直接挂了电话。
并且还收费，毫无服务可言，没有任何服务，
