Hi Carmen, Thank you for your input. Unfortunately we are not always able to be at the Inn when you arrive due to having a very small staff. The rooms are always prepared ahead of time and walk in ready??We are always available to be reached on our phones, however, if there are any problems someone is usually no more then 10-15 min away to help you if you do encounter any issues with your stay. Thank you Robert for bringing that to our attention. I apologize for you having to stay in a room with a dirty floor that is unacceptable and not at all common practice. We usually would have coffee preset and made the night before, however there is a hiccup every once in awhile when it has not been preset and depending on the amount of people staying at the Inn with children etc. the floors can look unkept. Thank you for your input, we will do our best to keep up on those issues and make it a much better experience for you next time you stay with us. You are a valued customer, we strive to create a welcome environment and never want you to feel that once you have paid your on your own. Believe me, we appreciate you!
