The outside is very pretty. Nicely landscaped in a lot of little corners to sit. Inside the suite is aged. Heating by small portable heater only. Could use some refreshing.

ONE OF THE BEST! The hotel is very well located, right next to the city center. What sets it apart is that it’s the only hotel we’ve found offering unlimited complimentary drinking water bottles, sodas, tea, coffee, fruit, snacks, and confectionery available 24/7. Breakfast is continental and satisfying. Our room was spotless, with high-quality linen and all the necessary amenities. The only drawback was that, due to the unusual shape of the room, the heating/air-conditioning was provided by a portable unit, which was a bit noisy. That was the only blemish in an otherwise excellent stay. The lady managing the hotel was extremely hospitable, and parking was conveniently located right next to the rooms. The lounge patio also offers a beautiful view of the lake, making it a perfect spot to relax

Such a beautiful and cozy Inn yo stay at. The host is really friendly and they have 24/7 continental breakfast. In the main lobby they have a cozy fireplace where you can watch dvd’s.

Cozy Place in Excellent Location Arrowhead Lake Inn is located in prime location right behind Stater Brother's Supermarket in Lake Arrowhead Village. The place is well-kept and very clean with rustic feel. The front desk lady greeted us with such pleasantry we felt welcomed. The room was very clean with well-stocked towels. Small fridge and microwave oven were provided in the room. The Inn provided very generous continental breakfast with variety of baked goods, water, soda, coffee, and tea, all complimentary for the guests. My wife and I tried bagel in the morning and it was very delicious. In front of the entrance, there are plenty of seating area to relax with the beautiful view of Arrowhead Lake. It was a very pleasant stay.

I We arrived on a Friday with a note on the door to check in with a phone number for check in details. I called over 10 times with no answer. I rang the ring doorbell 3 times and finally received a response that my key was in my room. The next morning I realized we had minimal toilet paper with no extra roles under the sink. I called the phone number given to contact the front desk at 8 am and left a message. I came home from adventures around 3pm no toilet paper and another guest trying to check in with no response from the front desk number. Go figure, this experience sounds familiar. I call again and leave a message. I then go to dinner. Come back to no toilet paper again. I had to go buy some at this point. I wake up on the day I check out and my car alarm went off. To my surprise I see the front desk lady walk out of her room (I am completely shocked that she lives onsite). She ask if anything is wrong. No response to any of my calls but when she is woken up she decides to show her face. Wow, that was a slap in the face. We loved our room. We loved the snack bar. We loved the location and price. In regards to service, you won’t get any. Enjoy your stay!

We would like to apologize for the miscommunication during your stay. We do have staff onsite in addition to cleaning staff. When you declined cleaning service for your room it was assumed that the toilet paper issue was resolved already. Since there was no mention of it again until in this review, we were not aware it was never addressed. We do apologize and hope you can return in the future and have a great stay and we will make sure there is plenty of toilet paper in room!
