Great location lovely quiet large room with the most incredible and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Very close to the metro so easy access from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, clean and tidy. I really liked they offer free slippers and a bottle of water. However I would recommend to bring ear plugs… since it is located really heart of the city, you can hear loud music even after midnight, and constant sirens or any sudden noises that could disturb your sleep. Other than that, we had no problem. There are many restaurants and cafes, even supermarkets.

O hotel fica localizado no meio de tudo, pontos turísticos, lojas, restaurantes, o metr? fica exatamente na frente do hotel, o quarto é bom, o banheiro também, o café da manh? tem diversidade com uma linda vista da Acrópole, o rooft top é muito bacana com uma vista espetacular, valeu a pena!

The room really needs an upgrade and the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable The bathroom had been upgraded and looked nice. Didn’t feel like a hotel at all and didn’t even have a lobby but pictures looked different.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so every shower resulted in a lot of condensation on all surfaces, making the floor extremely slippery. Also, there’s always a lot of condensation around the windows with water dripping on the floor. Again, it’s a safety hazard. Location of the hotel was wonderful, within walking distance to many landmarks.

Room was spotless and clean with all amenities to make our stay comfortable. Staff was courteous and accommodating. They were ready to provide information to assist us in navigating the city. Close to restaurants, attractions and the train depot. Ideal location for someone wanting to tour Athens and its surrounding.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Staff are very kind. The room was clean. However, I had one major issue. They used and sprayed very strong perfume. Since I had rose fragrances allergies, it made me sick. After I explained about it, they stop using for my room. Once I open the room door to an elevator, hallway had strong smells. It would be nice for persons who like perfume, but not for allergic persons like me. Another minor issue was, they didn’t clean rooms until 3-4 pm. Due to jet lag, I woke up early and got tired in the afternoon. If the room was not cleaned yet, it was difficult to go back to the room to take a rest. Over all, I still liked the hotel.

Posizione eccellente, a pochi minuti a piedi dall’Acropoli. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile. Colazione buona. Il roof top è veramente da visitare: una vista spettacolare, specialmente di sera.

Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato discreto, con personale cordiale e disponibile. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni punti importanti da rivedere. Non ho ricevuto il vino previsto, ma solo acqua. Inoltre, le camere erano molto umide: sul pavimento si formava acqua per la troppa condensa e purtroppo era presente anche molta muffa. Sono aspetti che andrebbero assolutamente risolti per garantire un’esperienza migliore ai futuri ospiti

アクロポリスビュー（ジュニアスイート）の部屋を予约して宿泊しましたが、滞在中に実际に客室でトコジラミ（ベッドバグ）が确认されました。その际のホテル侧の説明として、「ヨーロッパではよくあること」「3日前にもトコジラミ対応をしており、部屋はきれいになっている」と言われました。当初はベッドシーツを交换するのみの対応が提案され、シーツ交换后に当该客室を引き続き利用するよう案内されました。専门的な駆除や安全确认についての説明はありませんでした。しかし、その后当该客室は、駆除业者の対応が行われるまで使用不可となったことが分かりました。代替として案内された部屋は、予约していたアクロポリスビューではなく、眺望条件が明确に异なる部屋でした。それにもかかわらず、十分な説明や谢罪はなく、「自分の意思で部屋を変更した」という扱いを受けた点には强い疑问を感じました。また、ホテル上阶にバーがあり、深夜0时を过ぎても騒音が毎晩続いていました。滞在中、他の宿泊客が騒音を理由に部屋替えをお愿いしている场面にも居合わせました。なお、滞在中に再度トラブルが発生した际も、その场で対応できる责任者が不在で、「翌日に対応する」と案内されることがあり、迅速なコミュニケーションが取りにくいと感じました。さらに、宿泊中に感じた点として、外部の人でも比较的容易に客室フロアへアクセスできるように见え、セキュリティ面に不安を覚えました。安全性を重视される方は注意が必要だと思います。立地自体は问题ないものの、卫生トラブル発生时の対応、騒音、セキュリティの面で改善が必要だと感じました。
