Great hotel! With awesome views of the surrounding mountains! Well connected to the motorways either you going to Como/Turin/Bergamo! With a 10 minutes walk you reach Certosa train station that leads you to the city centre. The hotel is very clean and staff super helpful! I will definitely stay again! The Spa /Gym access can be improved as it feels like you are always on a timer

Nice view from the 6 floor. Good coffee in the room. Very good bed. Calm to sleep. Good breakfast with a wide selectioin of different food. Hotel stuff was very helpful and friendly. Interesting bath room. Design inside especilly in the breakfast area very special.

Ho avuto il grande piacere di cenare al Voco. Sicuramente a rendere speciale la serata è stata l’accoglienza di Evelyn e l’attenzione di Nicolas nel seguirci durante la cena. Consiglio vivamente di ordinare piatti di carne che sono la loro specialità, noi abbiamo optato per una fiorentina, qualità e cottura ottima.

Hotel moderno, curato nel design. Stanza di dimensioni adeguata e pulita. Grandissima pecca gli ascensori, lenti e pochi rispetto ai piani e alla clientela. Colazione da rivedere, sempre uguale tutte le mattine e di qualità non eccelsa. Scarsa qualità anche nel servizio ristorante, in ben due occasioni ho accusato problemi subito dopo aver pranzato. Da non ritornarci.

Great hotel for a family stay. Staff were all very friendly. Hotel has a great swimming pool, steam room and dry sauna. Changing rooms and lockers are available along with Towels provided in the swimming area for use on the poolside loungers. No need to take down your room towels. Had a stocked mini-bar in the room which was reasonably priced. Bottled quality water in the room. Nice large restaurant serving until 10:30 pm. Bar/pound menu available until midnight. I highly recommend the €8 Ham and Cheese toasted sandwich if you are not that hungry. Two pinball machines in the lounge area and two pool tables which were great fun. Spaghetti Carbonara is very nice. Steaks in the restaurant are very nice. Good breakfast choices with Omelettes also made to order. Plenty of breakfast seating and as you would expect for Italy, good Coffee selections! The Hotel has a nice outside seating / smoking area next to a waterfall wall. Taxis called from reception arrive within 5 minutes. Things to consider: It will cost you more to get into Milan Centre than it will to come back to the hotel. The standing charge for hotel pickup starts the meter rolling at €9 so getting into Milan Centre (Duomo) will cost around €30-€€40 euros. Taxi drivers do not use the fastest route or the SatNav. Returning to the hotel from Milan Centre will cost you €25-€30 as the pickup charge from a Taxi rank is only €4 to start the journey. Do not use Uber!! They are very expensive and frowned upon by the Milan Taxi Driver community! Taking the Taxi from Malpensa to the hotel may cost around €125-€130 on the meter. There is a flat fee maximum charge from Milan to Malpensa of €114 which we paid even though the meter ran to €128. Don’t attempt to drag your kids on the Trains from Malpensa onwards to the hotel. It may be significantly cheaper but you will regret it especially at night as you have to walk a total of 25-30 minutes between stations and then on to the hotel. We did it on the way but my son is 18 so we coped. In summary, hotel is great but the travelling from the Airport to the hotel and in and out of Milan Centre cost us €450 for a 5 night stay.

Bel h?tel, chambre très confortable. Charge électrique pour voiture offerte. Spa piscine pour ma fille de 3 ans, c'était juste superbe et pour les adultes aussi (hamman/sauna). On a d? changer 1 chambre et passer à une standard pour être à c?té, et pour cela on nous a offert le parking et le spa pour 3 jours, merci beaucoup ! Le personnel très agréable et arrangeant. Centre commercial juste à c?té. Améliorations : le parfum trop fort dans les chambres après le nettoyage, j'ai d? faire changer les draps car on a parfumé tout le lit, c'était horrible. Et Le nettoyage inexistant à la partie spa/piscine, dommage.

Hotel bellissimo e confortevole, la catena Voco non tradisce mai. Tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia della stanza alla comodità eccellente dei letti, al comfort complessivo. Camera al 21 piano con vista spettacolare sulle Alpi. Parcheggio interno disponibile. Prezzo giusto per quanto offerto. Unico neo, pochi amenities in camera (come pantofole e altro, ma che possono essere richiesti alla reception)

Piacevole serata all’OnFire Restaurant. Atmosfera accogliente e servizio impeccabile, con Davide, Liam e Nicolas davvero gentili, attenti e sempre disponibili alle nostre richieste. Menu creativo e porzioni abbondanti. In particolare ho assaggiato il Tentacolo di Polpo scottato, ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Super consigliato!

Abbiamo cenato ieri sera all'OnFire Restaurant di Voco Milano. Bellissima atmosfera, personale gentilissimo (grazie a Davide, Liam e Nicolas che sono stati straordinari) e ottimo cibo. Abbiamo fatto l'aperitivo e poi la cena, tutti i piatti hanno superato le aspettative, soprattutto la carne! Torneremo presto.
