Loved staying here! We stayed here for 9 days. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. Miguel at the bar quickly became my buddy! He spoke Italian, English and Spanish, which was super helpful since I speak English and Spanish, and made my attempts at Italian, which he helped me with! The hotel is on the outskirts, so you’ll need a taxi to the city center/train station. But overall, it was a great experience here.

During my stay at the hotel, I dined every evening at OnFire Grill and Lounge in the lobby. The food was fantastic, but the service was even better. My waiter, Nicolas, provided excellent recommendations for dinner and was superb. I highly recommend you dine at the hotel and request Nicholas as your server.

入住当天刚吃过晚饭想去餐厅吃点甜品，点了提拉米苏，非常好吃，服务态度也很好，按照我想要的时间给我端上的甜品，并且气泡水是免费送的，非常满意的体验 酒店泳池需要预订，我去的时候就我一个人，虽然泳池不大并且水有一些凉，但是体验还是很不错的（更衣室的感应灯不是很好，洗澡的时候需要不断走出去感应，不然就陷入漆黑一片）

A great spot to recoup after spending each day in Milan. The room was exactly what we needed and the service by Miguel at the bar was great - he was super personable and handled having lots of people asking him questions very well. Stopping at the hotel bar was the perfect way to end each night. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Very delicious food in the restaurant, friendly staff, Nicolas is very helpful and recommended great dishes from the chef Alberto to us. Even the grilled vegetables are very delicious. It’s about 20 minutes from Airport 15 minutes to central city. The room is clean and Morden.

Bell’hotel, moderno e attrezzato, comodo soprattutto se si ha un’auto. Stanza comoda e spaziosa. Personale gentile ed efficiente, ho fatto amicizia con Liam, che mi ha aiutato a capire come muovermi dall’hotel. Ottimo cibo nel ristorante, buona la colazione.

旅馆应该是用心设计,充满新时代(塑胶,钢管)的感觉 因为不舒服, 柜台人员也破例让我先进房间休息,相当惊讶与感谢 房间床铺整洁,床单白色,没有床尾巾, 枕头一人两个, 需仔细调整较不会颈部不舒服 不过浴室就有点...1. 洗手间和淋浴间是独立的， 这点很棒,但洗手间的门常常会慢慢自行滑开,有点尴尬 2. 淋浴间没有门,好的是设计很厉害,弧度不知为何不会让水溅出,但水温不高,加上没有门,没有被热气包围的舒适感 3. 没有换衣间,所以只好把椅子拖过来放毛巾和衣服(总是有不方便让同住者看到洗完没穿好衣服的状况...) 4. 研究半天,浴室太有设计感了,但连个拉把都没有,不知道有无高龄者房间?否则不知会不会滑倒? 每天有供应一大玻璃瓶水(环保主义), lobby亦随时有桶水供应,挂滴式咖啡包亦供应充足, 但冰箱中的饮料式需要付费的请注意 不知是否新时代的关系,房间内是没有纸笔的, 大概这个世代的人都用手机, 请柜台人员代叫计程车还蛮方便的,但是旅馆外面除了保时捷车商,没有其他商业设施,也没有便利店,check out之前还搞不太清楚大众交通工具要走多久,这是比较美中不足的. 若太晚回来用走的会觉得有点荒凉.
