The room was spotless and the staff was amazing. The food there is incredible as well. Please make a note that there is not an elevator so if you have any issues carrying your suitcases up a flight upstairs or two, you may want to reconsider. Would definitely stay there again!

The building is old so you will hear when people walk in their rooms and innthe corridors.

This is certainly a hidden gem located in Inverness. Upon arrival it was noticeable how clean the property looked. We were welcomed by a lovely young girl who checked us in and explained everything about our stay. The hallway up to our room was beautifully decorated and very modern looking. Our room was lovely, very spacious and it was spotless. The added bonus was the basket of goodies left in the room for us, my husband was very grateful indeed. We had continental breakfast as part of our stay and there was plenty to choose from. All in we enjoyed our overnight stay and we would definitely recommend the hotel to others ??

Our overall stay was great! The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The floor was pretty creaky, but we didn't mind it really. All staff were very attentive and polite. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely spot above a beautiful historic pub. Was plenty quiet enough, and the family room provided plenty of space and privacy for us. Staff was lovely and helpful. Do note that there is not a lift/elevator and that all rooms are up at least one flight of stairs in case you have mobility issues.

Very clean, nicely made up, very clean with restaurant conveniently downstairs. Small room was well done and well located close to the bus/train.

Staff were confused often during our stay, friendly but not really able to help with anything. Requested a twin when booking but this wasn’t the room we were given. Steep stairs that are difficult for large cases

Waste of money. We paid like $500/night to stay here. Parking was a nightmare, breakfast was a joke, had to climb over cleaners stuff to get our bags downstairs. Food was subpar in general. Staff seemed clueless. Worth no more than $150/night.
