A warm welcome after a tough days driving. Happy for me to charge phone and power bank and answered all of my tired questions. I stopped for a couple of hours had a meal of the sharing platter, a coffee and a hot chocolate and all the while felt comfortable and at ease. The food was exactly what I was after and the background music loud, but not obtrusive. They seem to cater for all, the weary traveller, youngsters on a night out and locals just in for a quiet drink.

We stayed here Saturday night and for ￡80 we were quite disappointed. The shower head wouldn't stay up and there was no breakfast even though its a pub that sells food (and nowhere does it state its room only!). The room was roasting hot but we couldn't open the window as we were right on the traffic lights and it was way too noisy. The only bonus was the bed was comfy and the car park was free.

We stayed for two nights as were attending a friend’s funeral locally. The wake was also held at The Black Horse. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the bar has a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. Our room was quite spacious with a large shower room and a very comfortable king-size bed. Also tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits were available. Breakfast was great, with cereals and yoghurt followed by a choice of cooked options, the first morning we had the hearty full English and on the second morning the breakfast omelette. Both were really tasty and well cooked. Would we return….definitely

Ordered roast lunch from the seniors specials lunch menu 2 courses for ￡14 also 3 courses available . I only wanted one course which was a very reasonable ￡10. Good amount of turkey, roast potatoes, stuffing , Yorkshire and fresh beans and carrots . Great friendly service and spotlessly clean . Will definitely be returning . A very nice relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff and tasteful Christmas decorations .

Was our second stay here meeting friends from the area. As before was a lovely warm welcome. Lovely relaxing bar area. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Throughout the stay all staff were very friendly. Would defiantly stay again.

We stayed in room 8 a double room it was very spacious Tudor like, massive sofa big movable wall mounted TV it was value for money.The only thing that was missing a fan as it was extremely hot /warm at night, just wondering where was the sofa purchased we would considering buying one it was huge and comfortable it’s yes from us and would stay there again if it was available on our next trip to otley which is restful and stress free.

The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Problem with the T.V,. reception so un able to watch it.
Also problem with shower - either scalding hot or freezing cold, no middle area. Parking is easy, right outside hotel with no restrictions. In all, good value for money these days.

可能是那天入住时已接近晚上10点，自助入住，按携程发来的一道密码，找到房间??，再密码，感觉有点探险，一个人的话，最好天亮时入住。花园蛮大，也精心布置过，就是房间内桌子太小，用电脑都摊不开，衞生间也小。总体乾净。

We stayed at the pub for one night to meet friends and as a stopover on our way to Yorkshire. Staff, service and cleanliness were all excellent. We had an evening meal which was lovely and great value for money. A cooked breakfast was included which was freshly cooked with quality ingredients. There was also cereals, yogurts, fruit juice and tea/coffee available. We would definitely return again if we are in the area.

de eigenaresse was kortaf. Haar hulp daarentegen was vriendelijk ook al kende ze de taal niet goed. De kamer was verder gewoon wat je verwacht dus goed
