Bonne situation, belle piscine, chambre spacieuse,accueil sympathique mais on s’attendait à mieux dans un 4 étoiles, la salle de restaurant ressemble à un réfectoire, c’est très bruyant car beaucoup trop de gens, les tables sont trop rapprochées, buffet bien garni mais répétitif pas à la hauteur d’un 4*

The side road to the hotel was scruffy, the receptionists were efficient and the common areas large and airy with comfy sofas. The pool area was large. We visited in October and there were plenty of loungers. Well kept lawns and shrubs. Tennis court and small children's playground. The bedroom was fine with a sofa and balcony. We had a couple of maintenance issues but these were dealt with immediately. Two issues with the bedroom. Firstly, it was directly above the huge restaurant and every time a chair was moved, a screech was clearly heard. So from before breakfast service through to late evening there was intermittent scraping. Other rooms must have been affected too. Secondly, although listed a a room with a 'sea view', only a sliver of sea could be seen, however, there was a good view of the hills. The restaurant was awful. It would best be described as a canteen. The buffet stations were far too small with queues for everything. Dishes and crockery ran out. Food was disappointing and unlabelled. The waiting staff were working hard but fighting a losing battle. Dinner timings were 19:30 to 21:00. We were asked to leave the table at 21:15. Live entertainment at the pool bar with a dance floor. We appreciated this but the bar service was very slow as it sometimes was.

Yep stayed here as guests on a Riviera Tour with excellent Tour Rep, Lily. Had a room on the top floor overlooking the Pool. Blissfully quiet, only two rooms before the Fire Exit. It's a 4* star hotel but only average for that standard. Staff friendly and usually pretty capable. Breakfasts adequate. Make sure to order your Coffees from the dedicated servery in the corner of Breakfast Buffet area. Avoid machine coffee at all costs. A wider selection of Fresh Fruit would be welcome. Dinner - a bit of a scrum with all guests expected to queue up for each course. Service from the Lounge Bar good with fine selection of Grappa and good Espresso Coffee. Major problem with Toilets in the Reception area. I did not try the Ladies, but in the Men's Toilets NONE of the 3 Cubicles could be locked. A problem to be sorted ASAP. Hayling Seagoon

Friendly staff, very helpful, my room was ready when I arrived a ground floor disabled room, no safe, no phone, no blanket, no remote control and no fridge. Most things were rectified quickly. The meals were hectic, like a bun fight trying to reach the antipasto, bread, cakes, hot food which most days the food was luke warm. Even though staff were informed of the temperature of the food, including notifying the rep for Jet2. I tended to try and get the cold foods and bread. The 80 euro card was a bonus and could be used for drinks and snacks in the bar. I felt sorry for the staff when copious amounts of coaches came and there was not enough staff to cope with the drink orders. There was a singer 2 nights she was very good. The weather was pleasant and allowed time around the pool. There were buses to other villages and Palau port. Easy walking into the village, to the beach. I booked a boat trip on line with get my guide as this was over half the price quoted by Jet2 for the same trip. There was a little market outside the hotel on a Monday. I would definitely recommend this area and hotel, but be mindful of the cool luke warm food.

We were on a tour with Riviera Travel, so 50+ people descended on the hotel at the same time - to be issued with key cards in a very short space of time. Our room was fine, no problems, with a fair sized balcony. The hotel itself was clean and well placed in a quiet part of the town. Staff were for the most part extremely pleasant and cheerful apart from one chap in the restaurant who constantly looked very unhappy! The only thing that lets the hotel down is the restaurant, as mentioned by many other reviewers. It is huge and has no soft furnishings, so the sound level is astronomical. Everyone seems to descend for meals at the same time, so it's a battle to get to the tables with antipasti and dessert - as for the queues for the (not very) hot food... A shame that it can't be organised properly.

This hotel is definitely not 4 star Basic facilities nothing exciting on the decor. Bar area not inviting at all certainly not big enough for the size of the hotel. The food is the worst we have ever experienced at a hotel. Cold soups in fact all food was awful.

Uno de los mejores hoteles !!!la comida excelente, las instalaciones muy cómodas bien decoradas,el personal atento y muy honesto, te asesoran sobre lugares para visitar, perdimos los documentos con dinero y tarjetas y devolvieron todo intacto

Sono stata un fine settimana con mio marito e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza pulitissima e molto carina. L'hotel è molto curato, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La cena a noi è piaciuta, era una cena a buffet ma con varietà e pietanze buone. La colazione ugualmente vi è molta varietà da torte plumcake crostata croissant e altro ancora... Che dire ci ritorneremo

l'hotel è una scelta eccellente per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della scoperta della splendida Costa Smeralda. Uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel è senza dubbio il suo personale, che si distingue per la cordialità e l'efficienza. Sin dal momento del check-in, si viene accolti con un sorriso e un calore che fanno sentire immediatamente a casa. Ogni membro dello staff è sempre disponibile ad assistere con consigli preziosi su itinerari, escursioni e le migliori spiagge da visitare nei dintorni. La posizione è assolutamente strategica per esplorare la zona. offre un accesso facile e veloce alle spiagge più belle della Costa Smeralda. In pochi minuti di auto è possibile raggiungere località rinomate come Baia Sardinia, Porto Cervo e le incantevoli isole dell'arcipelago della Maddalena. è perfetto per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e ben posizionato, con l’aggiunta di un servizio impeccabile che rende la vacanza ancora più speciale.

Bella struttura curata e molto pulita, il personale è gentile e disponibile, la camera assegnataci non è grandissima ma ha tutti i comfort previsti per la categoria, in compenso abbiamo avuto il balcone quindi ok. Colazione buona, ottimo cappuccino. La cena a buffet qualità dei prodotti buona preparazione ok. Bella piscina. Posizione ottima per visitare la costa smeralda.
