Room was ok but the boutique does need some camping up. Looked and felt more like a BNB. Plus I didn’t get breakfast which meant having to be late for work.

Easy check in and very friendly, room was clean and warm, show was roomy and water hot. Great nights sleep.

Bedding was clean, the overcover looked old, shower was hot on the first day, but cool on the second day

On arrival we were greeted by a chap who I think was the owner who was very helpful and gave us our room key.
On entering our room was warm, heated by a portable electric radiator. The central heating was off.
On first inspection it appeared clean although there was a receipt just under the bed.
The bed was a king size but was very tired and not very supportive of my bad back. The springs creaked when you turned over.
The most disappointing aspect was the bathroom being cold and there was NO hot water. There was a heated towel rail but as there was no central heating, we couldn’t shower.
We were staying with another couple across the landing who too had no central heating and no hot water. Their bed had a memory foam mattress which they were happy with.
I went down to the now unstaffed reception to find there was no way of contacting the owner by phone.
Plus point was the Tv worked.
Regrettably we wouldn’t book again.

Clean and great space to the room ..
Nigjt club situated directly underneath room creating noise but if you on a night out its handy

Was no hot water in the morning for a shower and the room was very dusty and cracked sink in bathroom and not great deco in the room

I sent the host an email requesting an early arrival to drop our bags, I am still waiting for a reply.
There is no lid on the toilet, leaving no where to put clothes when attempting to shower.
The shower is in a bath tub, with only a hand held shower head, no vertical rail
The hot water was luke warm, then turned to cold again so I guess it didn't matter about the crappy shower head because the water was cold, leaving us without having a shower
The wash basin has a large crack in it
You need to operate 2 remotes for the TV
The floor in room 4 flexes when you walk on parts of it, tread gently.
The door closer at the top of the stairs needs adjusting, as it closes very quickly.
The Wifi was good

Advertised as B & B but no breakfast.
Good that you are given keys so can come and go as you please.
Very noisy Friday night as bar open downstairs.

The room wasn't overall clean, we found a small clear packet which had clearly had some sort of drug in it, down the side of a chair. Upon stripping the bed we found there was no mattress protector and the mattress was filthy. Its a shame as it could be a beautiful hotel. At ￡120 a night with no breakfast its not good enough.

Good location to explore Skipton. Room facilities as described Room was big and comfortable. Also very clean Shower was good. Smart TV had on the wall, with limited sky channels. Very narrow entrance to the car park. I have a golf and I had to put my wing mirrors in to get in…anything wider and you would need to pay for parking
