Staff were amazing, location was 1/0/10, rooms were clean. Highly recommend. Won't stay anywhere else now.

Just had 5 days here. The check in staff were super helpful and friendly, the car parking is very well organised, but the facilities and rooms are nothing like the photos on the website. The room was very old and tired, laundry door off its hinges, dirty floors and grime around the skirting boards, bare and rotten architraves, hair on the floor of the main bedroom, stained linen and towels, grimy and yellowed shower screens and bath, rusty oven and range hood, stained armchair and lounge and mouldy and dirty curtains. As I said the check in staff are great but the maintenance and housekeeping of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. There are two buildings so if you want the view as pictured ask for the front building but we still had a view from the second one back as we were on the beach side. If anyone from senior management of Accor reads this review or cares I have plenty of photos.

I have stayed a the Moroccan a number of times. Really enjoy the location and parking. Rooms can be hit and miss, some are looking really tired with broken furnishings, for the money you pay you could get better down the road, however if your lucky enough to get an updated apartment it can really make your trip.

The ladies on the desk were lovely but the room was very dated and needed some repairs. Wouldn't recommend it unless you get a view of the room first.

Everything was good except that I can’t understand that in this day and age they had no WiFi. After three days of complaining they gave us a modem that worked for one day and then stopped.

No shortage of nearby, accessible food options. Beds comfortable but could be cleaner..

Staff friendly and very helpful, amenities need to be upgraded as starting to look aged. Windows were difficult to wind open, that sort of thing, just needs a bit more love and care. No smoke alarms which is troubling, was taken off wall. This sort of thing should be checked regularly. Would definatley stay again as great location, staff, view etc, was lovely and thank you Breakfree Moroccan.

The Moroccan rocked The location & views from every room of the coastline were spectacular! Absolutely the best location & perspective to enjoy the view with multiple balconies from different rooms. The pools & gardens attached to, and throughout the ground were very clean & well cared for. Our room had very comfortable beds but the other furniture was a little dated and shabby. The TV was 'smart' but didn't have an internet connection so of limited value. We were also expecting a DVD player... Overall, I would stay there again with family but not with fussy friends.

Just returned from 10 days staying at the Moroccan and had the best time we stayed in a 2bdrm and it was so spacious with amazing ocean views the room had everything we needed for our stay and more, the staff at the Moroccan are so helpful, they did everything they could to make our stay amazing, the Moroccan is located right next to the light rail and only one stop from Cavil Ave so your in surfers Paradise central in 3 minutes - we will definitely be back

Que ce soit la gentillesse à l’accueil, la taille des chambres, et l’emplacement, tout était vraiment très bien. Là vue depuis le balcon était superbe. Le mobilier de la chambre est peut être un peu démodé mais l’ensemble reste excellent. Juste la rue à traverser pour se rendre à la plage. Des restaurants et des boutiques tout autour. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. à conseiller sans aucuns doute.
