We stayed in unit 50 of the Elkhorn tower. Linens were clean. Unit is dated and showing wear and tear but tidy. There was a used shower cap left in the bathroom but other than that the units overall cleanliness was livable. If you plan on staying Friday-Sunday nights be aware the Cali Beach Club roof top club/bar is adjacent to this unit and you can CLEARLY hear the music and base of the music from within the unit. The club is open from 12noon to 1am and the loud music is going that whole time. This truly ruins the environment of staying close to the beach as you can’t hear the waves at all with the music but in the off hours can hear the ocean in the distance. Even WITH earplugs in I could hear the music. Surfers is known for the clubs and parties, but this rooftop truly disrupts all the accommodation above the business. Better soundproofing of the rooms are needed if these neighbouring units want to keep customers returning. I saw no warning of this noise in any other reviews or statements. Being under the ALL Accor group of hotels I had higher expectations of not only the state of the unit but also the quality of the environment created by the hotel which is very lacking at this property. If we return to this area, we will stay as far away from these properties as possible.

We enjoyed our 9 day stay. We arrived late due to some air travel delays and the team were so helpful. Convient location, on-site parking, easily assessible amenities. The apartment we had is starting to look a bit tired, but had everything we needed for a family of five, including plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely chose to stay at the Breakfree Moroccan again.

This is our absolute favourite place to stay! Great location, always clean and in the heart of Surfers Paradise!! Staff members- Athena, Ricardo and Janelle are wonderful, always welcoming and are a pleasure to deal with every time! Thanks for everything!!

We were delighted with our accommodation at The Morrocan. We stayed in the View Tower. I had requested a 2 bedroom ocean view with air-conditioning as high up as possible. We were not disappointed and we were actually given a three bedroom! The Inside was clean and modern and everything we needed for our stay. We had a car park for our whole stay too which was fantastic, thank you! We used the BBQ area which was in good functioning order and super clean set umongst beautiful well maintained gardens. The couple of things were that some of the windows winders were broken and needed to be replaced and the pool probably needs a little love with some tiles falling off. The water looked a little murky perhaps from faded paint? Not many things to complain about in my opinion. I would suggest getting an Oceanside apartment like we did as the nightclub on another site at night was very loud but that's no fault of the Morrocan. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
