I definitely loved the atmosphere in the hotel it was pretty and warm and very comfy, we always dozed off while watching a movie ??, that's how relaxing it was, it's very spacious and loved the arrangement of the place, I also liked the service at the lobby and the basement, everyone was extremely nice to us and we had be friends one and his called Fredrick, the food at the mall and the lobby r crazy good! And the ice-cream as well ??, we loved our stay, would totally recommend and I'll come here again

Wow! Amazing experience! Love how I love broadwalk!!!! Why u ask? it's extremely hot at the room and very spacious to do my shenanigans! :3 love the way the floor is slippery so I can slide like im in an ice rink!!! The veiw from the 12 and 13 floor is beautiful and I would kill to see it again!!!! The couch's are slighty too hard but that is OK!!!!! I didn't like how the instructions for the telephone shower were not exact and the nob underneath the shower tap was not movingggg! Please make some adjustments to the showers and the chairs please!!! But originally the stay at broadwalk was amazing, the customer service is awesome, And If I could i would stay longer than 4 days and 3 nights! See u next year! Very clean facilities, good set up of the apartment. The kids loved it. Also friendly and well informed staff. Special mention to Anthony - was always available and quick to assist. Very High Recommendations

We enjoyed the experience for the new year. The fireworks display was awesome. Very professional staff. We especially wan to thank Anthony - received guest desk for his warmth and welcoming attitude and attention to detail. We hope to come back again.

A big thank you to Rosemary and Team for looking after a large group of visitors recently attending a wedding. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and have all the amenities for a lengthy stay. Ideally located in Broadwalk Mall, and close to other malls. Broadwalk has some very good alternative eatery options as well as a decent food court. The concierge staff were very helpful especially allowing the guests use the private entrance reserved for collecting / dropping of large groups. We had some slight issues with getting towels on the one day when the Residency was at its busiest and we had to get towels from the pool area.

Highly recommend Broad walk Residency. Clean, great sized rooms, , friendly and helpful staff& Florence, Patience, Sam to name a few) very well equipped with gym, pool, bar and then downstairs is a food court and supermarket. Great option for families in Nairobi.

Absolutely loved my stay at Broadwalk Residences! The place is incredibly tranquil and offers a perfect escape from the hustle of Nairobi. The amenities are excellent and thoughtfully maintained, and the staff truly stand out — extremely professional, warm, and genuinely friendly. Everything about the experience felt seamless and relaxing. I would highly recommend Broadwalk Residences and would happily stay here again.

It's located along ojijo road in parklands with the best atmosphere to relax and relate in. It has spacious rooms inside.
