There was a feeling of space enjoyed at Broadway residence that escaped the usual hustle and bustle of the city. Asserted by Linda , the team was more than helpful with the little sudden mishaps. A shout out to Charles for following through as promised on the sandal fixing. Hope the glue holds as well as the teamwork softly issued by krina and Anthony towards future stays at Broadwalk residences. Maybe next time the heated pool won't escape us!

房间超级大，很舒适。服务员服务很好，去机场的时候打车遇到麻烦，Denis非常supportive，帮我们和bolt司机沟通，引导车开到酒店门口，非常安心的服务酒店离内罗毕国家博物馆也很近，走路10分钟，走过去的路上人不会很多（可能是因为周日当地人去教堂了），走在路上也不害怕

Una bellissima esperienza, personale di altissimo profilo professionale , Florence di una gentilezza e professionalità da10/10. Il manager Rosemary è presente ad ogni esigenza…. Non posso nominare tutti, ma sono veramente soddisfatto dell’ottimo servizio…. La pulizia è eccellente e James era bravo ed attento a tutto… la posizione di Broadwalk è perfetta e ha una bellissima vista sull’ città. Una esperienza da ripetere assolutamente . Un grazie a tutti

Overall, our stay at Broadwalk Residency was pleasant. The facilities and services were excellent. However, their policy of providing only four small water bottles per day was inconvenient for a family of four. It would be beneficial for them to reconsider this policy to better accommodate their guests.

We stayed at Broadwalk twice during our trip to Kenya. Both times, we had wonderful corner rooms with excellent views of the city. The flats are huge, roomy, and furnished with everything we needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is free parking in the car park below the property, which also houses a mall that includes a supermarket, all of which makes it very convenient. There are a number of restaurants in the mall and also two that are part of the residence. Beds are big and comfy, internet is free and fast, and there is a full kitchen for those who want to make their own meals. We would definitely stay again in Nairobi!
