Staff were extremely welcoming and the room was very clean.
Would have appreciated an elevator to the fourth floor and the tv light is really bright.
Otherwise, LOVED the location!

Clean room, a little dated tho. To cool down, just open the window for that cool morning air.
It's at the end of waterbus line, but its just next door to Piazza di San Marcos and plenty of shops n restaurants.

I loved that it was in the heart of everything. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping and water taxi or Vaporetta. Rooms however were small, and ours on 2nd floor did not have a shower. No elevator. Noisy on the weekend due to windows open in hallways.

No smoke/CO alarm altho req’d by law, phone d/n work, tv d/n work until new batteries put in, teapot didn’t work until replaced. Reception closes daily at 2:30 pm. Code provided wldn’t open my room when I initially cked in at 9:00 pm, virtually. Had to call 3 x to get someone to correct the code.

Great location.But rooms and bathrooms small. No elevator.A person over 170 lbs could not fit in the tiny shower or bathtoom

Everything about this hotel was great. The location was very convenient as it was only a 5 or so minute walk from St. Mark’s square, the room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful

Loved it. We would definitely stay again. Staff was nice and helpful. We had a room with a terrace and it was delightful. Shower was great. Not a big room, but cozy and enjoyable (and I wouldn't call it small. I'd say typical big city or European hotel room size.) Critique: I could have used a drawer or a couple hooks on the wall to hang things, but that's fine. I'd prefer 11am check out, mais ca va.
In general it's clean, cute, romantic. Great location too. It was my first time in Venice, my partner's second. The hotel is centrally located for exploring the city easily by foot. The room was quiet too, which was nice yet it was easy to get to the city hubbub.

It was overall good. Quite a small room so everything felt very tight. The AC unit was a bit hard to find the right balance. Great location!
