Flott hotell med basseng og strand Flott hotell med fantastisk god frukost. God beliggenhet, kort veg til strand med parasoller og solsenger. Einaste minis, litt harde senger.

Great property with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel is right on the beach but also has it's own pool and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was amazing!

Arrived to a studio room 713 that obviously hadn't been checked before we arrived. Toilet seat broken, soap dispenser, had leaked at some stage, had dried all over the surface. View from room overlooked a massive electric pylon, and a building covered with graffiti...vile! Next morning we saw Manager Johanna. Very abrasive. She gave her keys to two rooms, one would have €70 per night, as it had a private pool....nope. Then went to look at a like for like room studio. It was OK, on ground floor, but 100% better than 713. When we went back to the manager to say we would take 706...oh my God...she said over and over again " but it's on the ground floor people will keep walking past" we are fine with that. I felt, as soon as we didn't want to spend €70 she was put out. Not the best person to face, when you are on holiday ?? Pools were lovely, beach great . Breakfast good.

Veldig fint hotell. Perfekt for barnefamilier

Travelling as a family with two kids. We arrived the hotel quite late (after 22:00) and find out that two beds (kids beds) was missing blankets, bed linen, and towels. Eventually hotel managed to fix the situation next day's evening (after we mentioned the situation three times to the reception), so really poor start and commitment from the hotel. Hotel location is excellent, and breakfast was decent. Room was definitely outdated and would need renovation in kitchen, bathroom etc. Good thing was, it didn't had strange smells and AC worked as supposed to be. So overall it was ok for sleeping (which was enough for us) but not much else. During the checkout date, we paid for late checkout and received another room for the day. That room had a more decent overall look + bathroom but it definitely had quite strong mould smell inside the room. Overall, I'm quite sure there's better accommodation options which provide more value and quality to your stay in Platanias.
