Friendly staff on arrival and very helpful finding us somewhere to eat as it was very late, lovely accommodation close to St Marks Square.

Very friendly receptionist who was very helpful to us. Stayed as a family of 5 in a spacious apartment with nice showers and comfortable beds. Very good location too in San Marco. Excellent price too. Would highly recommend.

Hotel management reached out to provide clear directions from airports or train station to the hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom unit, very spacious, clean and neat. Although reception only opens in the afternoon, we can communicate through WhatsApp and they're very responsive. Our microwave was broken and it's fixed quickly. Property is near a piazza and walking distance to St. Mark's Square, thus very convenient. It's quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious rooms, high ceilings, housekeeping. Reception was very friendly with great tips on sightseeing and food. Location is 3 min walk from Sant Angelo vapretto. We also took airport ferry from there.
Central location and you can walk to St Marks piazza or Doges palace in 10mins. Grocery nearby. Shower is small with no door so floors get wet but there’s daily housekeeping so fresh towels etc.

Nice place in good location. A negative is that a bed sheet was found soiled, noticed on second day.

We had a great stay at Ca' Mariele with our toddler. The hotel is located just outside a large square with lots of dining options and about a 20min walk from St Marks Square. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

Very nice stay
We had a very nice stay at Ca Mariele. We were greeted by Mateo, who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had the space we needed, and while it didn't specifically have any features catering to our children, it worked for us. The location is excellent!

Was perfectly located. Only issue which I think is common in Venice is no elevator.

Very spacious apartment
The apartment is very spacious. There are 2 separate bathrooms. The beds are big (bigger than king size?) and very comfortable. There is separate A/C in living room and bedroom. The location is convenient. We had very comfortable stay for 4 people for 2 nights there. The only down side is that we had to climb 3 floors of stairs which is a bit difficult with the luggage. Everything else is perfect.

Everything great or more than great only if there is complimentary tea or coffee that will be nice.
