Very good location, but we didn’t get 2 bedroom unit we booked, discount for 1 bedroom unit was minimum, and we lost the comfort of the bedroom. Host told us our unit had air conditioner problem. Unit was very small and outdated.

Todo bien solo un punto a considerar es que se trata de edificios muy antiguos y no cuentan con elevador y para ni?os o personas mayores es muy complicado acceder a cuarto, pero en general regresaría la Sra de limpieza muy amable gracias

シャワールームに扉がなかった點だけ気になりましたがそれ以外はとてもよかったです！
スタッフの方もメッセージのレスポンスが早く、とても愛想がよかったです。
エレベーターがないのですが2階まで荷物を運んでくれました。タイミングがよかったのかお晝過ぎにチェックインもできました。
チェックアウトも荷物を預けられるので便利です。また機會があれば宿泊したいです！

Great location, great staff at check in. The kitchen area is basic with no kettle or toaster. The only toiletries were shampoo and bars of soap. Just eat out !

This apartment was disappointing, only because with a tiny bit of care and effort it could be so much more.
The apartment was huge! 2 floors, 2 huge bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The real estate for the the cost was truly amazing, unfortunately it was difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couch in the “living room” was disgusting, as was all the other upholstered furniture. Visible staining with god only knows what, the mattress didn’t fold into the couch properly, and for some reason a cot was just sitting in the corner the living room. I wouldn’t have touched it with a 10-foot pole.
This meant the only places we were comfortable sitting were the bed (which had upholstered headboards…) or at the table. The light in the living room only had 2 working lightbulbs and was thick with dust and grime, and the walls were in need of a fresh coat of paint.
If they would invest a little money into a fresh coat of paint, some new furniture and maybe some art for the walls it would be an amazing place! The location is amazing, and the staff was kind and very helpful. It’s a real shame, as it seems the owners intend to let the space rot, while continuing to charge the excessive prices of Venice.

Host Mateo incrementa la calidad de la estancia!
Mateo es un excepcional host. Nos recibió muy bien. Lo malo es que no siempre está ya que no hay personal presente todo el tiempo en la propiedad. La propiedad necesita más limpieza ya que presenta cuestiones de hormigas y se podría mejorar en limpieza.
