Notre maison du XIXe siècle a été restaurée avec soin, dans le respect de son histoire et de sa configuration architecturale. Nos équipements sont volontairement à taille humaine, pensés pour préserver le calme, l’authenticité et l’élégance du lieu. Ce choix ne conviendra pas à tous les voyageurs, et nous le comprenons. Comparer une expérience en Champagne avec celle d’un autre établissement en Provence n’a que peu de sens, tant les cadres, les offres et les ambitions sont différents.
