Hello Dimitri, Thank you very much for having left this review here for us. We clearly indicate where we are located. Can you please elaborate what you mean with the statement that the rooms are "tired"? Not sure if the translation worked well here. The access to the sea is not closed. We have a gate there so that children for example don't just run down there unattended. We close the gate though when it is dark or the weather conditions are bad in order to protect our guests. If you refer to the prices being 50% higher can you please provide a place or establishment that you compare the prices with? Compared to other resorts/restaurants that is not true. If you compare the prices to little local shops, yes, but that comparison is flawed as a shop does not provide the facilities we have here and there is also no service.
