Hello Sangbeom, Thank you for having left this review here for us. We clearly indicate where we are located - we are not in Alona Beach. That is very transparent and for everybody to see. I am not sure what humidity has to do wiht the water filter but happy to learn more? I refuse the accusation of mites. We never had mites and nobody ever complained about them. We clean the rooms and mattresses daily so this accusation is just ridiculous. We also clean the pool several times per day. In case there were some leaves or thelike, I apologise but you cannot protect the pool every little bit that flies around in the air. Thank you for your appreciation for our staff's efforts. In case we changed someone's room then there was most likely a very good reason for that. But I still don't understand how this affected you. As I said - the translation is not clear at all.
