Были в Новом году в этом отеле, очень понравилось. Сам отель, еды было очень много и вкусно, бассейн, аквапарк, пляж, развлечения. Рядом магазины, можно купить все необходимое. Погода была в целом комфортная, немного ветрено, но это никак не мешает хорошо отдохнуть) Каждый день убирались, работники очень приветливые, аниматоры классные. Развлекают гостей, стретчинг, йога, танцы. Девушка Лина приятная, была единственной русскоговорящей в отеле, помогла разобраться всеми вопросами, очень дружелюбная, видно очень любит свою работу. В целом рекомендую этот отель и приеду снова ????

Мы отдыхали в coral sea aqua как молодая семья и остались очень довольны. Территория отеля большая, ухоженная и всегда чистая. Много различных горок, дети остались довольные. Питание в ресторане вкусное и разнообразное, каждый день можно пробовать что-то новое. Номер красивый, современный и всегда аккуратно убран. На территории много баров. Отдельно хочется отметить анимационную команду. Ребята очень весёлые, активные и дружелюбные, создают отличное настроение и проводят интересные активности. С ними же особенно классно выезжать вечерами в клубы, а шоу, которые проходят прямо на территории отеля, запомнились больше всего. Coral sea aqua оставил самые яркие впечатления, и мы с удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова.

Мы хотим выразить удовлетворение нашим пребыванием в этом отеле. Здесь высокий уровень сервиса и комфорта. Территория постоянно поддерживается в идеальной чистоте, ежедневная уборка говорит о высоком стандарте гостеприимства. Особенно радует система подогрева воды в бассейне. Она создает оптимальные условия для купания, особенно для детей. В основном ресторане подают вкусные блюда, а наличие тематических ресторанов обогащает гастрономический опыт. Персонал отличается профессионализмом и вежливостью, создавая атмосферу гостеприимства и заботы. Бармены с чувством юмора помогают выбрать напитки и коктейли. Особая благодарность анимационной команде. Они ежедневно организуют увлекательные мероприятия, создавая позитивную и динамичную атмосферу. Вечерние программы, проведенные с энтузиазмом и креативом, оставили яркие впечатления. Наш опыт в этом отеле был исключительно положительным. Мы рекомендуем его как отличное место для отдыха и развлечений. Обязательно вернемся и будем советовать друзьям и знакомым.

Отель превосходный, нам всё очень понравилось. Территория чистая, убирают каждый день. Вода с подогревом в бассейне, приятная, детям комфортно купаться. Еда в ресторане вкусная и разнообразная. Также есть тематические рестораны. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Бармены весёлые, подскажут, что выбрать. Особая благодарность анимационной команде. Они каждый день развлекали нас, устраивали интересные активности. Детям особенно нравилось проводить время с аниматором Лизой в детском клубе. По вечерам проводились разнообразные программы. В общем, отель нам понравился, мы обязательно вернёмся и будем рекомендовать его друзьям!

We just came back from our 7 days stay at this hotel. We came with our 3 year old son who had a fantastic time. There are lots of activities for both children and adults, and the food was really nice. All the staff was amazing and welcoming. We will miss it here.

Me and my partner went here 9th November till 21 November. This was my partners first time to Egypt. This was my second, i was at coral sea aqua 2half yr ago. Where do i start. When we got there, we was booked into a double room, but due to hotel being full they upgraded us to a family room, this room was massive, but lovely. There is a massive super king bed, also 2 sliding doors where there is 2 sofas that can be made into 2 single beds. We overlooked the pool and also below us was swim up rooms. Room was cleaned daily, had clean towels every day, they change the ones you leave on floor. Can not complain about the room cleanliness. Even to the point the cleaner put our shoes away under table. From the second we got there we was made to feel very welcome. Right from reception to bar staff, to cleaners, gardeners, and then entertainment team. Went down first morning, lifeguard walked over to me, asking if was ok. How many beds do i need. He took my towel and put it on beds where i was sitting, he then did this every day, bar staff at pool 1 of them did same with our drinks (sorry cant remember his name) every time he seen our glass empty. Never once did either of these people ask for a tip, Of course after a couple of days there we did tip every so often. Now onto the entertainment team. Where do i start. These guys work so hard even in 30° heat. Every morning Shanaii would pop on mike with a run down of the day. She was very clear and nicely spoken. Then she would make her way around the pool stopping at nearly every sunbed, if not to introduce herself, ask if we wanted to do morning stretches, or join in water water polo. She was always there if you have any questions. 1 night they was going to hard rock cafe, with some of the guest from the hotel. Me and my partner said no as we didn’t want to do it, but then we turned up. Although we wasn’t sat at the table with other guests as there wasn’t any room we wasn’t far away. Shanaii kept coming over to us to make sure everything was ok, and asked if we needed anything. We had an amazing night would definitely recommend it Again there was a foam party me and my partner didn’t go, ( to early for him from night before ) iv seen photos from other guests looked amazing. Never used kids club so can’t comment on that. The mini disco although we didn’t have a child with us we popped our head in couple times, kids was always screaming and laughing having fun. We didn’t stay in there long, although warm in day, and still outside at night, they had AC on which made room really cold. I spoke to shanaii she said it was cold (no entertainment dancing etc wouldn’t feel it cold) she told reception as other guests had said, but nothing been done so said to me to go, again even though i was told they would sort it they never. Not entertainments fault. (minar thing to some but when am cold am in pain. Bar staff again in main bar was so funny, i told them i was boss so they listened to

Не ожидала, что отель 4* будет лучше, чем многие 5* Плюсы: -ухоженная зеленая территория -мало людей, очень вкусная, разнообразная еда, большое спасибо официанту Ахмеду за отличную работу и хорошее настроение. -большое количество лежаков, везде можно найти место, аквапарк -спасатели, которые действительно следят за безопасностью Минусы: -не очень новые номера, хотелось бы, чтобы сделали ремонт (в нашем номере была сломана ручка на двери в ванной и был плохой напор в душе) -пастельное белье ни разу не поменяли за 8 дней -слышимость в номерах -средняя анимационная программа -экскурсии от агентства так себе, лучше брать индивидуальные -очень мелкий заход в море А также хочется, чтобы люди, которые отдыхают с детьми, думали не только о себе, но и о тех, кто отдыхает вокруг, так как их дети достаточно сильно мешают, постоянно орут и невозможно расслабиться, все-таки необходимо объяснять, что вокруг живут другие люди и надо вести себя тихо. Было бы идеально, если бы администрация отеля заселяла людей с детьми и людей без детей в разные корпуса. В нашем случае 5 из 8 дней мы жили в тишине и спокойствии, но затем рядом с нами поселили отца с двумя маленькими близнецами, которые в 2 часа ночи орали на весь корпус, бегали и не давали спать, на замечания не реагировали, только после звонка на ресепшен получилось их успокоить. Я плачу деньги за свой отпуск и хочу проводить его спокойно, а не слушать, как чужие дети могут делать что хотят, а их родители им это позволяют.

had 5 nights here last week and was a nice hotel , vegetarian options could be better and a lot of the food was the same each night , hotel facilities are spot on and the bedrooms are decent sizes , water pressure in the shower isn’t great … only downside was the evening entertainment … a bit of a show at 9pm and live singer at 10pm then after the singer finishes that’s it no music playing whilst you finish drinks or anything…. wouldn’t rush back but would return if it was the right price. restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for you very pleasant and welcoming. hotel information could be presented better also as there was some sort of shisha bar but no information was given about it , also no info regarding booking the american restaurant or asian restaurant . used the beach at the sister hotel across the road which has decent sunbeds with privacy screens up and you’re drinks are inclusive over there … bit of a walk to get to the beach though and to get into the sea at waist height you have to walk down a long jetty so stayed more around the pool area instead .

The overall vibes of the hotel are unmatched. Everyone is super friendly from the bars to the restaurant and even the cleaners are so lovely and always eager for a conversation. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are too. The animation team are amazing aswell at getting everyone involved and spreading the word of activities happening across the hotel. Shanai in particular was amazing. She got herself involved anywhere she could and it felt like we had been friends for years. Absolutely loved the night at hard rock she made sure we all had a drink (or 5) at the tables at all times and was a complete vibe overall. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Love every minute of it! Was a really good holiday staff were lovely! Sad that I had to come home, atmosphere was amazing and everything and the room was always clean definitely would book here again! Wasn’t loud when I wanted to go to sleep.
