Would recommend this resort very friendly people and something for everyone during the whole day, everything you need is either nearby or in the resort also.

Spent 2 weeks in the Sharm sun here and went quicker than a click of the fingers the hotel is in a prime location for airport and shops All the staff were always helpful and facilities were always kept very clean Food was good. Always a good range of options and warm which is key If you get the waiter in the photo attached you’re in for a very funny time whilst in the restaurant Activities during the day were good. Credit to Shanai for dragging me up to play water polo and darts each day. Evening entertainment on the other hand is a bit pants from the shows I seen but the atmosphere was good Finally make sure to feed the cat that hangs around the main pool. She loves her bacon in the morning

Tipping is culture in Egypt, which is very evident. The service we experienced was perfect, particularly from the restaurant staff. I could see that others did not get the same experience, mostly from bar staff. They gave big cups of drinks to those who tipped, and smaller drinks to those who didn't. I had to get my partner to get all the drinks because he was the one who held the cash in his wallet, they gave him a bigger drink than me, despite knowing we were together. The restaurant staff are very child centred, extremely lovely, they remember your drink order and ensure that you have a replacement without you having to ask. A big shout-out to Alaa he is the best of the best. Also Gharum, Mohammed, Ahmed and Yousef for their service and hospitality. They're an absolute asset to the hotel! The staff at the hotel are perfect. They honestly go above and beyond for their guests, and nothing is too much trouble. My 3 year old went to the kids club once, and asked to leave because it was boring. They did some painting for those who wanted to, and others played with a poor selection of toys. Then the children went to the park for around 15 minutes. My child had left by this point, but also wanted to go to the park so we were there at the same time. There was one staff member for around 7 children, 1 of which had challenging behaviour and another fell off the climbing equipment onto his head because there was not enough staff to adequately supervise them. I would recommend having a better selection of toys, and encourage children to play games together so they build on their confidence and maybe make some holiday friends. It also makes the groups easier to manage. The evening mini disco was loved by all children who participated, and the evening entertainment was quite good too. This does get a little repetitive if you are on holiday for longer than a week, as the acts are repeated weekly. Panoo from the animation team is the best they've got. He could earn a lot of money in the UK with his skills! He does his best to get all guests involved, he really hyped a crowd and included everyone. He was out of the hotel for one day at a foam party on the beach, so there was no entertainment. The new girls went around the pool and informed guests of their plans, but made no attempt to execute them. No stretching, water polo.. nothing until Panoo got back. We attended the beach party on the first week and were highly disappointed. The animation team handed out balloons, but there were children who went without because adults had taken first dibs on them, and kept multiple to themselves. The adults also got at the front of the foam machine, which meant that the children could not enjoy it. The animation team did an evening at hard rock cafe just for families, which was ￡20 per adult for free drinks from 8-11 pm. This was a shambles. Здравствуйте! В конце октября я провела замечательный отпуск в этом отеле вместе с двумя дочерьми и подругой. Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями об этом замечательном месте. До моря всего 700 метров, нужно лишь пройти через соседний отель сети Coral Sea. Пляж песчаный, мелкий и просторный, что делает его идеальным для семей с детьми. Чтобы поплавать, нужно пройти около 50 метров по пантону, и вы окажетесь в кристально чистом море. В это время года оно великолепное, немного прохладное, но лишь первые несколько секунд, а потом не захочется выходить из воды! Лежаков всегда было много, а любые напитки, кроме алкогольных, были бесплатными. Сам отель очень красивый, с моего балкона открывался потрясающий вид. Номер был просторный, уборка ежедневная. Полотенца меняли по запросу, без проблем. Шампунь, гель для душа и лосьон для тела всегда добавляли. Из минусов могу отметить отсутствие москитных сеток. Комаров было очень много, поэтому приходилось спать с кондиционером, хотя вечером в это время года можно было бы спать с открытым окном. Также не было сушки для белья, и после моря или бассейна некуда было повесить купальник. Приходилось вешать его на балконные стулья. На этом недостатки заканчивались. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый, хоть и не все понимают по-русски. Жесты и несколько моих слов по-английски помогали решить все вопросы. Мы познакомились с Катериной, которая работает аниматором в этом отеле. Она всё объяснила и показала. Ей огромное спасибо, она значительно скрасила мой отдых. И потанцует со мной, и на йогу пригласит — умничка! Шведский стол мне очень понравился, даже побоялась располнеть! За весь отдых можно сходить в один американский ресторан и один китайский поужинать абсолютно бесплатно. Напитки и алкоголь можно пить в лобби-баре с 9:00 до 24:00 по системе ?всё включено?. На территории есть один большой бассейн для взрослых и много маленьких для детей. Есть свой аквапарк, где я испытала кучу адреналина. Также есть детский аквапарк. Лежаков много, и я всегда находила где полежать. Бассейн работает до 17:00. Его каждый день чистят и убирают ранним утром, поэтому купаться в нем безопасно на 100%. Возле бассейна есть мини-бар, где вы можете попросить любые напитки на свой вкус! Я осталась очень довольна!

Hotel was quite good..only thing to improve checkin was slow a little…during checkout found out the phone was not working as was calling the reception he was unable to hear and slightly rude when approached him at counter regarding this…beach is a bit far walking distance about 10minutes at opposite side hotel Very grateful for the cake and fruits placed in the room ..we were suprised coming back into room and had d cake n fruits

Het hotel was super, de bediening was super en het eten heel lekker! Wat voor mij ook heel belangrijk is, is dat mijn kinderen het leuk vonden en ze vonden het geweldig! Mijn dochter was helemaal fan van de kids club bij Mimi! Mimi was echt geweldig en heel lief voor haar! Ze gaat Mimi enorm missen! Wij zijn alvast fan en dankbaar ! Tot volgend jaar!

酒店有2个，一个靠海一个不靠海，预订的是亲子房到酒店以后还説这个价格是当地人的价格不是给外国人的。还另外加了100美金才给入住。房间设施差空调老旧吵**。
