To ensure comfort, we always make fans to our guests. The Forest Deluxe Room is the smallest category in our property, as mentioned on our website, and is therefore intended for single occupancy. During your stay, our team proposed an upgrade to an Alpina Deluxe at a supplement of CHF 50, which unfortunately was not chosen.Our pastry chef is delighted to prepare fresh daily amenities for our guests, an attention that is not always offered in other five-star properties.We sincerely value your feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future.Best regards,The Crans Ambassador Team
