Crossbasket Castle & Hotel has to be one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with fantastic quality and choice. Most of all, the service truly stood out: every member of staff was attentive, welcoming, and professional. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay.

Beautiful room with luxury linen and an extremely comfortable bed.
Delicious breakfast - recommend the Arnold Bennet omelette!

Soundproofing between floors was a problem for our stay. Left feeling very tired. No noise from either side, only floor above.

What can you say, you stay in a castle how neat is that. So warm and inviting. You are welcomed and taken care of. Everything is wonderful.

Amazing staff, loved the bathtub, and actual castle. Room service dessert was fabulous.

. Take advantage of the beautiful walk surrounding the property and be sure to stop by the farm which is just a short walk away. Breakfast is delightful!
The wine glases in my room were dirty, and there was melted ice and dirty water left over in the ice bucket from whomever was in the room before me, but outside of that, the room was beautifully decorated, well designed and spacious

Bueno pero no es el castillo
me pareció muy bien todo, sin embargo, pensé que me hospedaría en el Castillo y cuando llegué sorpresa tienen un hotel al lado en el cual te alojan. Está muy bueno muy limpio, el personal muy amable es completamente nuevo fuera de eso muy triste porque quería alojarme en un castillo.

A very enjoyable stay in the new building although I had thought I had booked to stay in the castle itself. My room was impeccable, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Crossbaskets Castle for a get away.
