It was the cheapest hotel in the city in cairns, but was so nice. Clean room, and bathroom. They do cleaning services everyday.

在克里斯托布魯克·貝利酒店住了11晚，必須夸夸前臺凱恩（曉琳）！這位香港姑娘國語流利，不僅幫我們找巴士站、確認車次，對不懂國語的日本朋友小林也格外耐心，笑容超溫暖。對比之下另一位日本前臺態度冷淡，借傘還限制兩人只能借一把，體驗差太多。曉琳的貼心服務太加分，下次來凱恩斯肯定還住這家！

位置好 交通方便 酒店比較新

New and clean 2 bedrooms apartments with great location. Suitable for any families or group of 3-4 people to stay in one apartment. But doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel.

The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and family-friendly, the staff were fast, polite and attentive. The location is very convenient, within a few minutes walk to the pier, night market and supermarket, etc. Restaurants are all around, you can also find some massage shops nearby, easy to get to anywhere we need to, a very satisfying stay during our Christmas break.

入住第一天晚上被罩和枕頭上就有紅油一樣的印記 但是由于房間燈光昏暗我沒有看清 第二天早上把clean please的牌子掛上 等回到房間以后發現枕頭更換了但是變成了彷佛有人踩過一腳的棕色印記 被罩更是過分 從腳底的方向換到頭頂的方向 并且是朝上 屬于是不瞎的都能看見 但是打掃衞生的就這樣把這個臟被罩留在這里
我到前臺進行投訴得到的解決方案是立馬為我更換并贈送兩份早餐 但是沒有一個人道歉 一個sorry都沒有 來更換的人來的很慢 把被罩貼在他的身上就抱進了房間進行更換 非常不幸的是 更換完的枕套依舊有灰色污漬（但我已經不想再去前臺了） 我向經理詢問 “難道不是每天更換床品嗎” 他非常自然且理所應當的回答“不是” 讓我直接不知道做出什么反應好
并且我們去詢問前臺如何使用早餐的時候還發現經理説贈送的早餐并沒有記錄 是我們去再次詢問才被登記 而且前臺還告訴了我們錯誤的早餐時間（第二天是圣誕節早餐9:30結束 但是她依舊按照10點告訴我們） 我們錯過了早餐 好在另一位前臺人員補償了我們咖啡和麪包 但是整體服務呈現出一種擺爛的感覺 尤其是衞生

下次來還會再選擇crystalbrook

Great hotel in an amazing location in Cairns. Close to everything. Hotel is brand new.
Only two issues:
- The room had a weird smell over the course of my trip (probably due to the air conditioner)
- The pool is too small compared to the size of the hotel
Other than that, a great stay and can’t recommend enough

Our stay at Crystalbrook Bailey was wonderful. The only thing it could have been better is to have more variety for breakfast.
