2日間一人旅の素泊まりで利用しました。

ダブルルームを利用。部屋はおしゃれで全體的に清潔だった。クローゼット內にハンガーがたくさんあり、消臭スプレーやアイロン臺、バスローブも完備されていた。
海外ホテルあるあるですが、歯ブラシや使い舍てスリッパは無かったです。
その他アメニティでネスプレッソ、常溫のお水2本と冷蔵庫にコーヒーに使うミルク?、ワイングラスと普通のグラスがあました。
ChromecastでYouTubeをテレビで見れたり、QRコードからルームサービスが注文出來るところも個人的には良かったです。

フロントの方は丁寧かつ、フレンドリーな接客で好印象。
英語が拙い私でしたが、チェックイン前に著替えるスペースを聞くとお手洗いを貸していただけました。
14時以降チェックインでしたが、荷物も問題なく預けることが出來ました。

街の中心地にあり、ラグーンやナイトマーケットも徒歩圏內です。
ケアンズセントラルや駅までは15分前後かかりますが、飲食店も周りにたくさんあり、スーパーも近くて便利でした。
ガヤガヤしていなくて穏やかに過ごせたところも良かったです。
日本のホテルと同様のアメニティを求める方には向いていないかもしれませんが、過不足なく快適に過ごせました。
また宿泊したいホテルです。

This booking is one of the rare ones I had serious dissatisfaction so I had to write a long review. First the information on the booking page is not fully transparent. We were only made aware that the 2 bedroom suite we booked does not offer daily room cleaning service. Cleaning service comes in only every 3 days of stay (so for 5 nights we stayed, the room was cleaned only once!) If this was well informed, I probably would not consider booking this room.
Second, the service was almost non-existent. When they said clean towels can be offered upon request, the towels were literally left on the table top immediate behind the front door. On the “clean day”, we were amazed to find toilet brush and bin left on the closed toilet bowl, ants were spotted near the sink, tissue boxes were not refilled, and pillow cases had clear sign of dirty marks.
Despite a 5-night stay, hotel didn’t allow any late check out beyond 12pm. Front desk insisted an hourly fee and different people were giving different fee rates. This was again confusing and disappointing.
Pls also note overnight parking is charged at $12 per night.
Breakfast offered at $28/pax had limited choices (basic international breakfast)
Other than above, the room is generally clean. We didn’t have a chance to explore other parts of the hotel so no comment on the amenities. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the pier and good selection of food options.

The apartment is rather new. Location is the biggest its advantage. Vert close to bus station and restaurants. The whole block of 1/2 bedroom apartments are next to the “hotel”. The check in and out processes were fast without hassle.
During my stay, I found some daily problems that I had to sort out. As the staff at the reception said the apartment is managed by the hotel, however, it is not serviced exactly as the hotel rooms. I prefer to have some information sheet telling some basics solutions.
It was not cleaned up every day. We had the cleaning services for the 4th, 8th morning. I have to ask for refilling such as clean towels, toilet papers, rubbish bin bags, dishwashing tabs, I also need to empty the rubbish or food garbage.?
Most disappointing, someone having their food in room and drop them nearby my door daily. As the temperature is hot there and stinky smell was suck.

服務有點粗心,不給加水,還把打掃的抹布落在房間且後兩天也未拿走,估計是忘了是自己的。整體位置很好,設施很新,為數不多的新酒店。
酒店正對著的Cairns City station晚上盡量不要走,有土著在那里搗亂,包括大人孩子。

酒店為我們準備了蜜月裝飾,還有葡萄酒和巧克力,非常用心!每天的早餐也無敵好吃??另外就是酒店風格十分小清新,綠色環保,很棒的一家酒店。

房間整體不錯,給酒店備注了蜜月出行,給安排了樓頂的房間,十分細心,就是準備房子的時間有點兒久,到了下午2點才安排好房間,整體來説交通便利,就是泳池有點兒小了
