Ein tolles B&B mit allem was es braucht. Das Frühstück am grossen Tisch im Gartenhaus mit allen G?sten aus verschiedenen L?ndern war sehr unterhaltsam und reichhaltig im Angebot.

What a wonderful stay! Both our hosts Steve and Chet were super helpful and friendly and made us feel completely relaxed. The old house has so much character, and the gardens were a real drawcard too. The house isn’t right in the city centre, but it is so easy to get around and everything is very close. We loved the quiet location with easy parking. It only took as a few minutes to get into the CBD. Steve and Chet have gone to a lot of effort with providing a map with all the highlights marked on it and even have further information such as restaurant and cafe recommendations on their website. The whole stay with them was great. I’d go back again in a heartbeat. It feels like visiting old friends, except that friends don’t go to this much effort to serve you such a great breakfast ??

Friendly and welcoming host. Very accommodating and good at providing interesting things to see and do in the area. Lovely, peaceful garden perfect for relaxing after a full day exploring Christchurch. All in all, a great place to stay while visiting Christchurch.

I'm sorry to say this was our only disappointing accommodation on a 3 week tour. Ok we booked some stunning places at a higher cost but we also did 3 BNB's at an identical price which were far better. The neighbourhood is not the best but perfectly safe and accessible by bus from the airport. On arrival no reply and no reply to phone number quoted on door. Room sleepable but very basic with lock combo on door. Hosts really friendly. Breakfast with all other guests in a big room which was a good experience but had to keep asking for more items which we have NEVER done......and they ran out of Yoghurt!!?? Kitchen facilities very basic. Room/bed not made up.Sorry to criticise the place. Its ok but nothing more.

Steve was a fantastic host! Very easy to talk with and gave great travel tips in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t a very far drive to get to the city center, and there are a lot of good food options nearby. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Christchurch

Lovely time! Great stay overall, very comfortable, enjoyed the social breakfasts, Chet and Steve were very hospitable and full of knowledge about the surrounding area, ready and willing to answer any questions and give suggestions for things to do.

Enjoyed the stay. The owners were good with information about christchurch. Bath was nice. A few more room details ie. Water jug and glass would be appreciated. The social breakfast was a highlight. Recommend

Eergisteren in zonnetje de eerste koffie in een fijne en mooie tuin rondom, heerlijk rustig. Lekker en goed verzorgd ontbijt met fijne hosts. Als je iets wil weten of tekort zou komen gaven ze advies. Alles aanwezig en heerlijke koffie. Was lekker cosy hotel met mooie tuin en rustige ligging.
