Gr?sten is a wonderful place with an inpressive royal garden and castle. The staff is friendly, called me after finding my laptop still in the room. They sent it to my home address with care and I will definitely come back!

Comfort There is a door squeaking very loudly at tve 1st floor just above the reception - very noisy

Nice hotel for 2 nights Central Gr?sten and nice room. Only staff at the hotel was the cleaning/breakfast staff, but they were nice and helpfull.

Disappointing Not what it used to be. I stayed here many times a few years back. The place used to have personality and service. The bedding was horrible, luckily I had my own in the car and brought it upstairs. The pillows where lousy beyond description. The light turns on stadium bright in the bathroom - very annoying when you want to go back to sleep at 4am. Very noisy from the street at night. No toiletries except hand soap/shampoo - all in all extremely stingy vibe. Breakfast was terribly boring and the coffee machine must be cleaned at least - the coffee was undrinkable. I will not come back, and now understand why my mother wondered why I had recommended the place to her. It’s simply not up to the mark- and finally they send waaay to many emails ahead of the stay for self check in…

Fantastisk utsikt i flotte Gr?sten Vi bodde i anneks avdelingen til hotellet og hadde en leilighet der. Flott beliggende med utsikt over slottsj?en og flotte Gr?sten Slot. Leiligheten er godt utstyret og velegnet til ett lengre opphold. Rent og pent i leiligheten, ligger dog p? 3 etg og mange trapper opp.

Never staying there again The room was not clean. It was worn and the furniture was scruffy. The smoke alarm had been removed from the room. You could here people walking around in the other rooms and the noise from the street was very clear. The hall way smelled, was dirty and there were mold on the windows . The breakfast was terrible. The bread was uneatable.

第二次住这里了，主要是离客户公司近。因为是假日所以全程自助入住。走廊有免费咖啡机，自己可以做咖啡。每个房间都有自己的名字，不是按数字排的，门是密码锁，密码是通过邮件发来的。进酒店大门也是这个密码。
