The positive first. It was a really good location and the rooms were clean.
But. We did book two rooms with double beds and sea view. We also payed for it. But we didn’t get what we paid for.
We got one double bed room and one room with a double bed and a single bed ( the single bed was really tiny btw). We went to the reception to ask because we were confused.
And the service wasn’t good at all. The woman at the reception told us that they don’t have two rooms that kind. And we ask why they offer something like that. She couldn’t tell us. She told us she could get us a downgrade to a family room. But that’s all she could do. And then she just laughed at us. We think it’s really rude.
The breakfast is not good at all. There is toast, some fruits, pancakes and oatmeal. Could be better.
After we checked out we just went outside and I saw on my account that the hotel charged my credit card with 100€. So I went back inside. And the man looked it up and told me ups was a mistake and he returned the money. I just found that really odd.

Convenient location-- walking distance to shops and short trails (hiking).

离intercity bus和轮渡站很近，对面就是海边和餐饮一条街，房间很大还有一个阳台，总体来説还不错！

Fantastic location, right next to marina. Very convenient for boat tours and local cafes / shops.
Friendly reception staff.
Room was great, with little balcony facing the water - beautiful!

Good location. In the city centre, near Picton to Wellington / Wellington to Picton ferry terminal (Cook Strait) , about 15 minutes walk. Many restaurants, shops and supermarkets are nearby.

离码头步行十分钟，深夜到达，钥匙自取。酒店在分批装修，浴室崭新。房价包含Continental早餐，有各色麪包咖啡酸奶果汁麦片，另加15刀能升级full breakfast，就有现做的班尼迪克蛋培根肉香肠等。性价比之王！
