the room and everything is perfect. the location was okay there’s a big mall downstairs and i feel like the area is safe. but if you are travelling in amsterdam its not very near the city centre

Hotel is good, but hygiene is not up to the hotel level!
Pros:
- nice aminities
- good location
- inside a mall for shopping
- surrounded by restaurants
- nice staff and welcoming
Cons:
- water tab and some spots wasn't cleaned well
- room was separated by a removable partition, so whatever my neighbour is doing I hear it, so no privacy, and no relaxation
- a spot on the blanket was smelling like a poo, as well as pillows its smell wasn'tgood at all, and when I requested to change the blanket,they brought a small wool one!
- you pay money and they save energy from your bocket, so it isn't warm, heating system is really bad, only up to 22 degrees

The staffs were all very friendly, from the moment we checked in at the front desk to the breakfast. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay there. The location is convenient: it is super easy to get there from the airport and it takes approximately 30 minutes by metro to get to the center. Also, the hotel is located in the shopping mall with 2 supermarkets in it (AH is better than Jumbo). We loved the mini kitchenette — it was incredibly useful. The breakfast was decent but limited: only three types of cheese (one vegan), no fish, just ham and deli meats. The only thing that changed was the availability of hashbrowns, they served them every other day.
The room itself was spacious and there was a dining table with 2 chairs, sofa with mini table, a really comfy bed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We’d definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Amsterdam!

很不错，离rai会展中心1.5千米走着30分钟，打车10分钟。而且旁边就是购物中心，还有个玩具店。另外酒店紧挨着一个中餐厅，还有火锅。挺好的，

房间乾净，出行离车站20分钟，但周边吃玩都算便捷，超市就在楼下

床，是凹陷进去的。睡的腰都直了，如果不是太累了，估计真的睡不着??酒店服务员挺友好。楼下有间大型超市AH XL挺好的，买了当地的水果，还有一些日常商品。

地理位置优越，在火车站Zuid走路15分钟的位置，距离机场只有一个火车站。去市区、梵高博物馆就坐tram，20分钟内到达。酒店位于一个大型商场里面，里面的AH超市营业到晚上11点，非常方便，酒店里面可以自己煮食，住的四晚都是自己煮的中餐，太幸福了！而且酒店周围是学生公寓，远离旧区，非常安全！下次来阿姆一定会再入住！

位置非常好，是当地人生活的MALL的一部分。楼下就有大超市，很适合买东西回来酒店自己做饭。 有冰箱和厨具。

The breakfast was included in the booking which is really nice! The staff in the reception and restaurant were also hospitable. You can also prepare your meals in the kitchen.
