The location is like 10 mins walk to the nearest Tram Station, very far from Amsterdam Central - almost 30 mins in Tram.
You will find this Hotel within a mall which is just a simple shopping center.
The breakfast is okay perhaps 3.5/5 and the ambiance is suitable for a cold weather of Amsterdam.
What I dont like about this hotel is their reception staff, unpleasant and feeling entitled.
My room was a King Suite I think and the moment I arrived one of the light bulb is not working.
I have to call reception and inform the issue, likewise she said in a very thick accent that they dont have a staff that can work on it and I have to wait until tomorrow.
Mind you, it was 430pm on a Friday not a weekend. I was a bit upset with the receptionist who answered the call as no empathy at all.
When we ask of directions, another receptionist was very unpleasant like looking down at us and she looked very annoyed while she was giving instructions.
I am very upset of the Customer Service of this Hotel.

房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，厨具一一俱全，微波炉、电磁炉、洗碗机、锅碗瓢盆餐具全有，楼下是各类超市和商场,非常方便，交通便利，离阿姆斯特丹南站，步行15分钟左右，可以乘坐tram 5到梵高博物馆、国立博物馆，也可以乘地铁51到中央车站，非常多的中国美食，运河游船观光也很方便，机场打车20分钟即到。下次出差还选你，真不错。

Nice and clean hotel. Good location and nearby train station as well.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is convenient to buy things in the mall. The room services provided are very clean. All the staff in the breakfast team are very nice, and the food for the breakfast is very delicious as well. However, one of the male staff who works at the front desk is not very nice.

It’s really nice that there is a small kitchen in the room. There’s a supermarket locating at the shopping mall nearby. You can easily prepare dishes at the room.
The staff is very helpful and nice. Had a great time staying here.
Just two points to note:
1. The hotel is approximately 15mins walk from Amsterdam Zuid Station.
2. Choice of the hotel breakfast is not diverse enough.
