Will Definitely Stay Again The staff were all very friendly and plenty of them speak English. The condition of the room was fanatic! Even though the building is very old, since it’s located in the center of “Old Town Chania”, inside you’d swear you’re in a newly built luxury hotel. Very centrally located for walking everywhere!

good the room was clean and modern. there were no windows except on the roof. the hotel is difficult to find. breakfast was in nearby hotel. service was lovely and good. excellent location.

I'll start with the good. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was wonderful. The king-size bed is also worthy of praise. What's not so good was how noisy the room was. The ceiling wasn't there in the conventional sense, it was just the joists and then the floorboards of the room above, which meant that any movement upstairs was very loud. You also need to be aware that finding the entrance and getting checked-in can be a challenge. If you get a shuttle bus from the airport it will drop you in the general area of the hotel, but to find it you'll need Google Maps, or similar, and then be surprised to discover the hotel's entrance is tucked away around the back of the building. Once you've found it you then realise there's no reception desk. You now need to find the sister hotel - the Elia Bettolo Hotel as that's where you check-in and also where breakfast is served. Fortunately, it is just across the street. Another thing to note is that the tea and coffee options are taken care of via a 'pod' system. On the face of it all good. Except for the fact you only get two coffee pods and once you've used those you're expected to pay for any extras.

Quiet and clean room. I have stayed here before. It was exactly what I expected. Would stay again.

Ποτι? και Χατζημιχ?λη Νταλι?νη το δωματιο ε?χε πολ? καλη μ?νωση και δεν αντιλαμβανομασταν τον εξωτερικο θ?ρυβο Το δωματιο που μειναμε ηταν ομω? ακριβω? κατω απο το κλιμακοστασιο οποτε καθε μετακινηση των επισκεπτων γινοταν αντιληπτη εντονα και ιδιαιτερα τη νυχτα ηταν πολυ ενοχλητικ?. Το κρεβ?τι ?ταν με αναπαυτικο στρωμα και μα? διεθεσαν επιπλεον μαξιλαρια και κλινοσκεπασματα που ζητησαμε . Η καθαριοτητα ηταν καθημερινη αλλα δυστυχ?? υπηρξαν δυο σημεια που μα? εκαναν αρνητικ? εντυπωση 1. η λεκανη τη? τουαλετα? ηταν βρ?μικη ε?χε πολυκαιρισμενε? ακαθαρσιε? στον π?το και 2. καθω? επεσε το δαχτυλιδι μου κατω απο το κρεββατι και εσκυψα να το ανιχνευσω διαπιστωσα οτι υπηρχε αρκετη σκ?νη ημερ?ν τουλαχιστον ,αν ?χι και εβδομ?δων. Η συσκ?τιση του δωματιου ηταν πολυ καλη υπηρχαν και πατζουρια και κουρτ?νε? επιπλ?ον. Η ε?σοδο? του κτιρ?ου ?ταν στην π?σω πλευρ? και υπηρχαν 4-5 σκαλοπατια οποτε αν ?χετε βαρι?? αποσκευ?? θα σα? ζορ?σουν λ?γο. Το πρωιν? ?ταν μ?τριο χωρ?? εναλλαγε? καθημερινα στο μενο? . .Μικρ? ποικιλια αλλαντικων και τυρι?ν Το χειρ?τερο κομματι του πρωινου ηταν ο καφε? Μια μηχανη με πολλε? αστοχιε? λιγο? καφε? ανα δ?ση , ο καφε? με ασχημη γε?ση που νομ?ζω μεγαλο ρολο παιζει το νερο που ηταν τη? παροχη? και ε?χε μια ασχημη οσμη.
