We are really sorry that, despite our best efforts to satisfy you, you have had bad impressions of our hotel. Herewith we would like to inform you that the pictures of the rooms and information are published at every tour operator. This is in order guest to know prior to booking all information. The rooms look like this in order not to lose the village style as it is sold. According to official specifications and regulations, the hotel fulfills more than the specified 4-star category standards. Unfortunately, the respective criteria differ from country to country. It is possible that there are some regulations here that are not mandatory in your country and vice versa. The rooms are not dirty as they are cleaned daily and checked from the housekeeping manager. The hotel is situated on hill with full of gardens in all surroundings so it is normal that insects might arise. The room that you got was not because of the tui rep as you mentioned. We changed you room because you have asked to see another room. We take care about our guests and their wishes. We are guest oriented. We searched our files and there was anything mentioned from you at all during your stay. We are very sorry for the feelling you had and we never had any complaint from yourside during your stay and even not the day of your check out. At the reception desk when you were asked if everything was ok you just answered that all was ok and there was nothing to complain. If you had any complaint you should just come to the reception and discuss with us in order to find a solution together. Unfortunately after leaving the hotel and never come in to contact with us we cannot help to solve a situation. Our main aim is the guest satisfaction and our guests have nice, restful stay and feel like being home. We are really sorry that, despite our best efforts to satisfy you, you have had bad impressions of our hotel. As you experienced we are a resort with full of gardens and we do pest control twice a month. If it is needed we do it more often. After the pest control some insects might arise. We are sorry that you had this experience. We searched our files and there was no report from your side. As you already experienced and mentioned we offer a 14 day menu consisting of different dishes every day, covering Greek, Cretan and international cuisine. Except that we offer a different theme every night. The music that you mentioned in restaurant sometimes depending on the song might be louder. We are sorry if you felt like this, but music helps also guests to relax and enjoy their meals. We did not have yet any complaint about the music loudness. At the main pool was music and more loud because there is the gym and games of animation team.
