We are really sorry that, despite our best efforts to satisfy you, you have had bad impressions of our hotel. We are very happy that you were satisfied with our hotel in general and the swimming pools. Please take in to consideration that we do twice a month pest control and when needed even more times per month. Following your comment about bug this is not true. Your room has been checked and the matrace also. The bites were from mosquitos. In order to keep you happy we changed you room. We are very sorry for the felling you had and we never had any complaint from yourside during your stay and even not the day of your check out. At the reception desk when you were asked if everything was ok you just answered that all was ok and there was nothing to complain. If you had any complaint you should just come to the reception and discuss with us in order to find a solution together. Unfortunately after leaving the hotel and never come in to contact with us we cannot help to solve a situation. Our main aim is the guest satisfaction and our guests have nice, restful stay and feel like being home. Dear Mrs. Laure-b-38, We are very thankful for visiting as a guest our resort for your holidays and also for sharing your good rating with us and all of our future guest, although in some points was not so positive. As we can see and described from your side you were totally satisfied with our hospitality and services. We are really proud that we have more than satisfied you, from the rooms, to the restaurant, to our waterpark. Herewith we would like to inform you that the hotel during winter time like in each hotel gets refreshed, maintained and what has to be fixed or changed is done during that time. After 4 months season and thousands of guests it is logical that some things might be broken or damaged. The ones you mentioned have been already replaced some times. Now is the time to replace them again. The service at the bar is 2 glasses per person maximum because otherwise will be a big queue. This is in order to keep guests satisfied through quick service and for example not other guests waiting for a guests that takes 10 or more drinks. We do not have any problem with that. Guests can come as many times as they wish to the bar to take drinks but in terms to not stop the service towards to other guests. We respect all guests equally. The key for the room can be left at the reception because we have 24 hour service. Please take in to consideration that we operates under the rules and guidelines of Haacp and Iso. This means that all products are fresh and also fresh cooked. Except that the standard procedure is that everything is checked before consumption. Not forget to mention that we offer a 14 day menu consisting of different dishes every day, covering Greek, Cretan and international cuisine. Except that we have every night different theme. Our main aim is the guest satisfaction. According to official specifications and regulations, the hotel fulfills more than the specified 4-star category standards. Unfortunately, the respective criteria differ from country to country. It is possible that there are some regulations here that are not mandatory in your country and vice versa.
