Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was small and on par with a clean motel.

It was a great hotel. The only complaint was no room service. Maybe you had to request it. The staff was great and very helpful recommending things to do. Will stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable room. Street noise is a concern but prime location is perfect. Parking is not included but a public parking garage is right across the street.

Noisy overall. Mattress is not good and pillows are too hard. Not worth the money.

Parking garage directly across the street is very convenient and public transportation is at both ends of the street. Daily wine and cheese reception is very nice. The room was very comfortable, my only wish was for a microwave oven and an in room coffee maker. Coffee is available daily in the courtyard which is nice unless it’s raining, and it did.

The hotel was very quaint. Nice interior courtyard where they served coffee in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly. This is an older hotel in the middle of everything. Our room had a bit of a musty smell and no way to open the windows for fresh air, but that is truly my only complaint. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an authentic Charleston experience. The restaurant next door is loud with live music on the weekends but it stops at 11pm.

Older hotel with so much charm! Check in was easy. Parked in garage across the street (they forget to take the parking full sign down. Go in anyway) beautiful courtyard, roomy clean well appointed rooms. Wine and cheese in the courtyard from 5-6p. Great location. Entire French quarter is walkable. Friendly staff. Our room had it's own private patio. We stayed on ground level. No bugs. Everything is expensive there, including this hotel but it was by far the most bang for your buck! Would absolutely stay here again!

Very convenient location. Enjoyed the courtyard with evening cheese and wine provided. Had amazing meals at Husk (dinner), 82 Queen (dinner) and Poogan's Porch (brunch). (These are all next door to the Inn and are some of the city's best restaurants). Room was clean and sufficient for our needs, though may be more outdated than some may like.

Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. Great location, close to wonderful shops and restaurants. Conveniently located by parking garage too. Highly recommend The Elliot!

Stayed last weekend for my birthday with my hubby and this little Inn was so quaint and lovely. The staff were so Accommodating and friendly. We would 100% stay here again!
