Excellent service from start to end. Friendly, helpful staff at the reception, and in the restaurant the delightful and energetic Martina and Pepe made our week of fine dining fun and enjoyable with their attentive and congenial service. The food was astounding every night - amazing flavours and clever presentation. The mezzanine mini suite was comfortable, with a great shower, big bath and good beds. Masses of storage too, and an amazing view to greet every morning. The ski room was great too, with our own locker allocated. We’d have no hesitation returning.

Hotel stupendo è un diminutivo. Situato nel centro di Cervinia. Puoi raggiungere a piedi le piste da sci. Personale qualificato e altamente attento e affidabile. La cena è una esperienza unica con piatti più unici che rari. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Perfect location hotel for ski wlth a perfect dinner menus.. All staff are super friendly.. hotel situated 200 meters to main slopes and plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance .. We highly recommend to get dinner at hotel.. Planet will be our new location for winter holidays

Abbiamo cenato io e mio marito al ristorante dell’hotel Excelsior Planet per capodanno. Serata meravigliosa! Camerieri gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Un menù incredibile con tante portate di alta qualità! Sicuramente torneremo spesso! Grazie ancora a tutti per averci regalato un capodanno da ricordare!

Struttura molto ben tenuta in centro a Cervinia a due passi dagli impianti. Disponibile sia parcheggio esterno che garage. Servizio di pulizia in camera due volte al giorno ed impeccabile. Ristorante con piatti ben fatti e con ampia scelta, personale squisito. Il centro benessere è piccolino, forse terrei la temperatura della piscina un po' più alta. Si room comoda con armadietti riscaldati. è la nostra seconda volta ma sicuramente ci torneremo.

A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff who were without exception, incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located about 30 m from a chair lift. The food is also excellent. We were surprised every day by breadth of choice and quality of the food on offer which was not just Alpine fare but also sushi seafood steaks et cetera et cetera. A really varied menu with enough choices that there was always something you wanted. The rooms are also nice although if I was being hyper critical, the bathrooms et cetera are a little bit dated - for example the shower is inside the bath which is something I am personally not very keen on. It’s also nice to stay in a hotel that is actually in the town and a short walk from the shops, supermarket bars et cetera et cetera. I would really highly recommend this hotel and if we come back to Cervinia we will definitely stay there again.

L’ospitalità la fa da padrone, staff molto attento ad ogni esigenza. Il ristorante é estremamente ricercato con una carta dei vini infinita, sempre pronti per offrire un’esperienza nuova e provare nuovi sapori. Questa volta ho provato il massaggio, vivamente consigliato, ambiente molto bello e mani da fata. Esperienza bellissima, spero di tornare presto

La nostra suite era bellissima e su due piani, attrezzata con tutto quello che un cliente può desiderare e sopratutto con il Cervino che si staglia maestoso davanti al nostro balcone. Prima colazione e cena al di sopra della media, e con una eccezionale carta dei vini. Poi vorrei rimarcare, nonostante la loro policy parli chiaro, causa maltempo e chiusura per vento degli impianti, siamo partiti in anticipo e non ci hanno fatto pagare come previsto, il giorno non goduto. L'unico neo a mio avviso è la mancata ristrutturazione di alcune parti della struttura, tra cui la hall. Ottimo il parcheggio e la gentilezza del personale tutto; peccato che durante il periodo estivo, questo albergo rimanga chiuso.

Per quanto riguarda la ristrutturazione, vi comunichiamo che già a partire da quest'estate ci saranno dei grandi lavori di rifacimento prima delle camere (in linea con lo stile delle recenti Alpine Suite) per poi proseguire con altre zone comuni. Fantastic hotel with very accommodating staff. Food was plentiful and delicious and the kitchen accommodated our dietary requirements very well. Rooms are comfortable, clean and warm - lots of towels and products. Location is ideal, a short walk to Cretaz lift. Really hope to return next year.

Struttura molto carina e ben tenuta. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ristorante al top per servizio (impeccabile) e qualità. Moltissime scelte anche se in mezza pensione. Lista dei vini favolosa. Comodissimo per sciare (impianti a 100 metri). Ritorneremo sicuramente. Vera ospitalità italiana.
