If you play golf then this is the place. Plenty for wife to do as well - great spa, walking and swimming area

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at Fancourt and played all 3 of the 18 hole courses. All were in fantastic condition and personal thanks to Mario (caddy) who assisted each day and is a great asset to Fancourt. Excellent pool, spa and other leisure facilities completed our experience. We would return without hesitation.

Management and staff made us feel special from the moment we arrived. Exceptional service and quality of accommodation was out of the top drawer!! We will be back!

Excellent resort and facilities. I would put this on a par with Gleneagles. Our wives enjoyed the SPA facilities whilst we played golf. Please note that you have to have caddies as this is a rule. Beautiful place and three good courses. The Links is a test for any level of golfer !

We stayed at the Manor at Fancourt for four nights. This is an excellent 'hotel within a hotel'. Beautiful rooms, fabulous common parts (including a drawing room and honesty bar), a good pool and a lovely breakfast. Service was superb. Reassuringly expensive at nearly ￡600 a night but that included golf for two.

Staff are all superb and are a large part of the attraction of Fancourt. Room very good. The loss of Henri White restaurant to hotel guests is a great shame as it was the dining highlight of our previous visits. However Monet and Cantina provided excellent meals but not the same fine dining. We look forward to returning next year

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always willing to help with any requests. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. Lastly, the rooms are personalized. You get welcomed by a TV and notes :-)

Should have been a fantastic stay, we encountered several problems. My daughter had 3 phone calls in the night asking if her alarm was going off ! We were put in a room adjacent to the chipping green and were awoken at 615 by mowers and men shouting for over half an hour. My husband paid a lot of money for four people to play golf and had issues with the halfway house. We also had issues before we even arrived over our booking

I have attended the NTT DATA Pro-Am Tournament at Fancourt for two consecutive years, and while the estate and golf facilities are world-class, I unfortunately experienced two concerning incidents involving missing personal belongings during my stays. In 2025, I left my broken Stealth Driver in my room and reported it the following morning after realising at the airport. I was informed that the club could not be located. In 2026, during the same tournament, my Alfred Dunhill water canister went missing from Room 3122 after my luggage was collected by staff on the morning of my tee-off. When I returned from my round, the item was not delivered with my bags. I personally checked the room (with the new guest’s permission), and it was no longer there. Despite enquiries with housekeeping, the item could not be located. I was promised a follow-up, but none was received. To be clear, the issue is not the monetary value of the items. It is about principle — guests’ personal belongings should not go missing, and when concerns are raised, communication and follow-up are essential. Fancourt remains an outstanding golfing destination, particularly during major events, but these repeated experiences have unfortunately left me with concerns regarding the handling of guest property.

Birthday celebration for a family member. Fancourt made it really special. Facilities are top class, staff is friendly and helpful. Awesome experience.
