Great 4 day stay with my sister, room was spacious, clean and AI package was better than some others I have been to this year. Friendly staff members which I feel made the holiday you were made welcome. Big shout out to Enith in the dinning room and Gabriel the Entertaining Manager. Medium size hotel in a great position close to the beach. Just a suggestion shower mat would be useful I did feel it was quite slippy!

Can not fault this hotel at all..had a lovely stay, all the staff go above and beyond to make you feel really welcome There’s plenty of choice with food and drinks Location is excellent short walk to the beach..I would highly recommend this hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a really enjoyable experience. The location is excellent and just a short walk to the various local beaches, which is absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing days in the sun. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which was great value. The restaurant was a little smaller than you might expect for a 4-star hotel, but the food options more than made up for it. There was a good variety every day, including plenty of tasty vegetarian choices. One of the real highlights of our stay at this hotel was the entertainment led by Gabriel. He was exceptional - full of energy, enthusiasm, and always made sure everyone felt included and had fun. The activities he led brought the place to life, particularly the darts and pool which was a hotel favourite! Overall, this is a very good hotel in a fabulous location with beautiful beaches. We’d happily return!

We booked last minute, 2 adults and 1 teen in a junior suite. The room was spotless and big, we were on the first floor, directly above the entertainment (which ended between 10.30-11pm) and facing the pool - the room wasn’t very soundproof and you could hear the fairly loud entertainment but for us this wasn’t an issue as we didn’t want to be in bed at this time, but if you’re travelling with little ones it may be worth emailing them ahead of time requesting a room away from the entertainment. The staff were brilliant and definitley go above and beyond; in the restaurant we were offered drinks at both lunch and dinner (we were AI) and they were always happy to go to the bar and get these. The staff clearly worked very hard and were all genuinely friendly. The food in the restaurant was great, what you’d expect in an all inclusive and no one went hungry. Lots of choice and options for picky eaters, and all of the food was hot and quickly replenished. Lots of fruit and salad too. The pool was nice, in the height of summer I can imagine the sunbeds would fill up quickly but we always got a sunbed in October. The hotel grounds are very pleasant and well kept. You’re a stones throw away from the lovely beach and the shops, however set far enough back that you don’t get the noise - the location was perfect for us. Right outside the hotel is a bus stop - you can head in to Magaluf (its stops at the water park and takes approx 10mins) or Palma. We got a taxi to Palma for €24 and then hopped on the bus back, which took approx 25mins. It’s one of the smaller hotels in Palma Nova (which appealed to us) and it seems to get everything just right. I would definitely return to the Fergus Bermudas and recommend it to others.

Upgraded to a 5? room, was amazing. The food was lovely plenty to choose from. Gabrielle the entertainment guy did everything to make you feel good. A top man. I would definitely go back just for Gabrielle company..

Just enjoyed 2 fabulous weeks at the Bermudas, it is in a perfect location, close to the beach, and shops, which kept my wife happy, also lots of bars nearby, our room faced onto the bars, and we could not hear any noise when the door was closed. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. I must also mention Gabriel, who is involved with the entertainment, along with other things, the guy is first class, I told him he should be on TV in some capacity, or in a Bradley Walsh kind of role. We also found we could always get a sunbed, either around the pool, or in the quieter gardens. we certainly ate well (good food) at the Bermudas, and hope to return. One of the plus points is, it is a smaller Hotel, and being on the first floor, we didn`t have to hang around waiting for lifts, like in most of the larger hotels. keep up the good work.

The word that comes to mind when I think about this hotel is amazing!!! I’ve been there twice now and both times they have not failed to disappoint. I took my 70 year old mom there and it was just perfect for her. It seems to attract a lot of older people as when I’ve been it’s been mostly older adults but family’s of all ages are welcome. The facilities are outstanding, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The housekeepers do an incredible job one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been too. They have a lovely pool and bar area aswell as an entertainment lounge which always has entertainment on even through the winter months. There’s bingo , live singers , karaoke , music quiz and fun for all the family day and night. The entertainment are incredible Gabriel and his team are so friendly , bubbly , enthusiastic , funny and make you feel so welcome. They always say hello and get you involved in what activities are going on , anything you need they are always on hand to help and make your stay the best it can be. All of the staff at Fergus bermudas are incredible they are all so friendly and always on hand to help. There is not a bad thing I could say about his hotel it has got everything you could need and want to have a great holiday.

Stayed here for 5 nights in October 2025 - all inclusive. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the all inclusive package is really good the drinks are good all round with plenty of choice - food was tasty enough, I would say not too much variety if you was staying for more than 5/7 days. Location is excellent, one minute walk from the beach and plenty of bars & restaurants. Just under 30 minutes in a taxi from the Airport Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Gabriel in the entertainment team who really stands out, getting guests involved with day/night time activities or even just passing by and checking in and saying hello to all. I would definetly recommend this hotel and likely to return next year.

Любимец всех гостей, Габриэль, знающий несколько иностранных языков, находит подход к каждому. Он просто умничка и душа этого отеля. Особая благодарность шефу кухни и поварам. Благодаря им, мы получили истинное кулинарное наслаждение. Блюда были разнообразные ( йогурты и дополнения к ним, детоксы, смузи и соки, свежие фрукты - арбузы, дыни, ананасы, папайя, грейпфруты, сливы, яблоки, груши, персики и бананы, мясо 5-ти видов, рыба, морепродукты, разнообразие салатов и заправок к ним, сладости в меру сладкие, мороженное и т. д), раз в неделю день азиатской кухни. Всё очень вкусно, отлично приготовлено и доправлено, на любого кулинарного эстета. Что касается номеров в отеле, то они тоже разные. Нам достался номер на 1 этаже в боковой части корпуса. Есть в этом свои плюсы и небольшой минус. Плюсы: большой (по размеру) номер с огромной верандой и в достаточно тихой части (подальше от шума кафешек и баров). Минус: ночью, при открытой балконной двери, приходилось полностью опускать внешнюю ролету, чтобы не забежали кошки, либо закрывать дверь и включать кондиционер. Уборка номеров каждый день, либо по желанию. Территория отеля не очень большая, но ухоженная и красивая с зонами релакса. Бассейном мы не пользовались, т. к. приехали на море. Расположение отеля ну очень удачное: рядом с двумя шикарными пляжами, автобусными остановками, набережной с огромным количеством магазинов и кафешек. До Пальмы тоже не далеко ( 30 мин. автобусом номер 104 или 105). В итоге: мы отлично отдохнули в окружении прекрасных людей, увидели часть этого красивого острова, насладились тёплым солнцем и чудесным морем (температура воды была +25, +26). Очень рекомендую этот отель тем, кто хочет отдохнуть душой и телом.
