Dear Voyageurs27, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your positive comments about the setting, hospitality and breakfast. We're sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We've carefully reviewed the online listings, and can confirm that all our photos and descriptions are accurate. The Flora Macdonald cottage attic rooms are indeed smaller in size, which is reflected in the room rate. Each room includes armchairs for comfortable TV viewing, though we're sorry to hear you would've preferred to watch from the bed, unfortunately the layout of this room can not make it possible. Regarding the courtesy tray, it is replenished daily, so the two bottles of water per person are provided daily. We also wish to assure you that all bathrooms will undergo refurbishment this winter. As for breakfast, we regret to hear it felt slow. We never fish for guests to feel rushed, but had we known you preferred preferred a quicker service, we would've been very happy to accommodate that.
