Dear f2s, Thank you for your feedback. Its unfortunate to hear your evening meals with us were not to your satisfaction. We understand you found the food to be "quite dull" and that you felt our chef wasn't good because we don't serve shellfish. We'd like to clarify, our seafood platter features a rich selection of local shellfish and seafood including crab, smoked salmon, mussels, and mackerel. Every evening, our extremely talented chef is passionate about showcasing the best of Skye's shellfish and seafood produce on our menu. We're very proud of the diverse range of local seafood dishes we offer, such as our hand-dived scallops (sourced just down the road!), wild-caught Halibut, and locally landed Atlantic cod, as well as cured wild sea trout. Beyond seafood, our menu also boasts other fabulous produce sourced locally like delicious slow-cooked Hebridean lamb and smoked venison loin. Our menu is vibrant and exiting built around the freshest of ingredients and cooked and presented by our wonderfully talented chefs. We welcome guests from all over the world who consistently praise our skilled kitchen team and our Isle of Skye showcase menu, so it's again unfortunate your experience did not align with this.
