We really liked the location. The hotel and rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast there, and the food was surprisingly good. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

Located at the edge of the mountains, offering a beautiful view. We enjoyed breakfast with a stunning mountain backdrop. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the place is very peaceful.

Stayed at Fort Munnar and had a very pleasant experience. The property is beautiful, spread across a large area, and extremely calm and serene — perfect if you’re looking to unwind amidst nature. The staff was courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. The location in Suryanelli is ideal if you’re planning a visit to Kolukkumalai, as it’s quite close and makes early morning travel convenient. However, it is a bit far from Munnar town centre and you need to cross a toll to reach the main area. The only area for improvement would be the food — the options could be slightly more elaborate. Other than that, it’s a very nice property and a great stay overall.

établissement situé à une trentaine de minutes de Munnar, au calme et au milieu d'un jardin parfaitement entretenu. L'ensemble, bien que meublé à l'ancienne, n'en demeure pas moins chaleureux et réconfortant, on se croirait presque dans un chalet savoyard. Les chambres sont clean et bien équipées. Le restaurant propose quelques plats européens de qualité au milieu d'une belle offre de spécialités locales. Tout le personnel est super sympa de l'accueil, au resto en passant par le personnel d'étage. H?tel étape très très agréable

Rooms especially the valley view are amazing and all rooms were clean and tidy. The staffs are cooperative and helpful. Food quality is also good only request to change the breakfast menu daily so that same breakfast can be avoided daily. Excellent place for relaxation calm and quiet.

Excellent location if you want to do the Kolukkumalai sunrise trip. The rooms are fantastic, jacuzzi was amazing with really hot water that filled quickly! Food was great, not too oily yet tasty, you can have this food and not miss home! Staff was very prompt and helpful, we loved it! Just one thing: you should have a car since it is not in central Munnar and last 1.5km is slightly rough road.

Room are good, but the surroundings are not maintained properly, except the front yard. The kids play area and garden area is not at all maintained and is in pathetic condition. Also the food is very costly.

Good rooms, good location polite staff, nice breakfast. Only thing it need to add entertainment and bar at dinner time. As after sunset it's boring.

Very beautiful property. Very neat and clean property. Staff Govind Raj and Anoop are very cooperative staff. The food is very delicious as I'm from Delhi. I personally liked it.
