The location is very good far way from chaos and busy town of munnar and the place is full of scenic beauty Very convenient from chinnakal bus stop just 10 mins in car from bus stand

My self ***** with my family stated at Fort Munnar it's really very good with good service. We all liked it very much. Rooms, amenities are also too good.

Good location. Valley view rooms are out of the world. Rooms are well laid out. The staffs are very courteous taking well care of guests. Food is good but not matching with the standard of rooms. Only problem was a small patch of approach road which is very poorly maintained. The local administration needs to urgently find a solution

Very good service, very good and clean rooms, hot water was little delayed and food was not upto the mark as per the booking price. Overall a very scenic location, very prompt service, very comfortable stay but needs little improvement in food and hot water.

I had a great time at fort munnar. Rooms were clean and spacious. My only suggestion would be to improve your breakfast spreads.

This place is a wonderful choice to stay at Chinnakanal(; Munnar. Staff is friendly and well behaved. I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to all my friends.

Good experience, but staff should be more well versed with English and hindi, that will help the guests a lot. Especially the restaurant staff.

Nice hotel with amazing outside view. Stayed for 2 days and the stay was nice. The room are clean with comfortable. The property is quite big. Staff is also helping staring from Manager to all upto the bottom line.

Finding the place can be a bit tricky without proper navigation support. Another thing to note: the property has monkeys around, so it’s strongly advised not to open your windows. Despite these small issues, Fort Munnar offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature and don’t mind being somewhat off-grid, this could be a great choice.
