Excellent service all staff friendly
Easy to get anywhere around town.

The air conditioning is not cool enough. There is parking space available, but when I return to the hotel around 9:30 pm, there are only a few parking spaces left and they are quite far away from the hotel. The breakfast foods are all quite salty. Service is good.

Great hotel not far from the red dragon centre. About a 8 min walk to the Millenium Centre. Rooms were clean and there is a bar and resturant.
Rooms were tidy and clean with a decent amount of space.

Hotel was very clean, plenty of parking. Staff were exceptional and as I had misplaced my glasses on day 1, they made every effort to locate them, which they did. I'd left them on the cold water dispenser when I when out. The meals in the restaurant where also excellent. Overall a satisfying stay.

With large rooms you’d expect a large bed, but no it was just a standard double.
Room for a luxurious bathroom? No, it was small, shower over a bath with a flimsy shower curtain. And a rather daft ‘hidden toilet’.
Surely then a coffee machine and a fridge with complimentary water? Nope.
Just can’t understand what this hotel is trying to be. It’s a Premier Inn with more space and higher prices.
The location was pretty awful. A long way from the city centre and currently surrounded by a demolition site. We won’t be returning.

It was a pleasant stay in Future Inn. Staff are very approachable and reliable. The hotel serves delicious food, in huge proportions as well. The hotel is always clean and has a welcoming vibe. Will definitely come back when I visit Cardiff again.

We stayed in Future Inn Cardiff for the first time and had a great time there. The room was large and good for our family of four. The location was fantastic and well connected to city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was right and finally the included breakfast was really proper and fantastic. Thank you.

We stayed 2 nights, and our room was not cleaned. The towels were not changed, and the milk tea and coffee were not replenished.
Location was OK. Staff were polite and friendly.

Free parking a bonus at this hotel. Inadvertently booked accessible room. Moved to standard room by Duty Manager.

Very nice and helpful reception service. The only minus of my demand is the lack of some products in the restaurant. My surprise was an iron and ironing board in the room. All in all, I will definitely book this hotel again.
