Everything was fine, room was clean, check in was quick and easy, and staff were very friendly. Stayed here before and it does the job at a good price, just nothing to make it exceptional.

Good comfortable stay in individual chalet style rooms. The restaurant food was very good too. Overall great value and an ideal location close to Hillsborough and all routes around Sheffield.

Great room and absolutely lovely hotel. Breakfast is nice but have to pay extra for a full English. Will definitely be staying here again!

The staff were are courteous and friendly, but the hotel is quite outdated. I struggled to gain entry as the external door handle was broken off, and there were no signs telling people what to do. Reception had a note of the issue in the repair log from earlier in the day but nothing had been done. Also the room was clean but outdated, the bed was quite hard and lumpy, and lots of the bathroom fittings were wobbly including the toilet being difficult to flush. The heating also only worked by plugging in a separate electric heater rather than the plumber in system working.

The stay would have been better if the main door to rooms was secured or locked and access with keycard.

Didn’t have breakfast. The staff are a brilliant asset for the hotel, nothing was too much for them and they did it with a smile, sometimes in the face of adversity, I can’t praise them highly enough, my only concern is that the hotel is really in need of an upgrade, in particular the door/key system seriously needs looking at.

Great location, really central and handy for Fort William. There's a big car park just few minutes away which does overnight parking for a tenner for 24 hours.
