I had visited Panchratna restaurant. The food is amazing and the service was lovely. It was our anniversary so we were greeted with a anniversary cake . Really loved the kind gesture. Thumbs up for Vijay, Vikas and Chef Ashish for serving us the lovely food.

We stayed for 1 night in 2 rooms with family with half board . Breakfast and dinner were very nice with lot of options .High tea was good. The snacks were very tasty. The service was great . Check in check out was quick. I booked this hotel from MMT with good deal.

Excellent service at Gateway Nashik by the entire staff. Housekeeping was very neat and tidy by Ishwar and his team. The Pancharatna staff Ashpak, Amrit, Vijay and their team makes us feel at home by knowing our preferences on the tip of their tongue. The staff at Deccan Knot is warm and welcoming especially Manish, Kartik, Lakshita, Yash, Amol, Deepak, Akash, Vaishnavi, Aditya, Umesh, Riya and Vikas. All of them are serve with a smile and always ready to suggest things as per our choices. A very big thank you to Chef Ritesh and Chef Qureshi for all their lip smacking preparations. Also I would like to thank the salon staff Arun, Vaibhav and Ratna for their excellent services. The front office staff Sachin, Purnima, Meghna and Shelly were concerned throughout our stay and made us comfortable. The security staff is alert and always very helpful. Sumeet Tungar and Satish have always been very warm and courteous towards all guests. Our young dynamic General Manager Ritesh Kasture always goes miles to make every guest comfortable and this time the Christmas decoration in Nashik has given a whole new look to the property and gets a feeling of Christmas early this month. I congratulate the entire team at Gateway Nashik.
